合、着用感に優れるが、コスト面で高価なものであった

これを避けるため、経糸太番手又は双糸使いにすると肉
厚化となり、繊細な表面感・風合を有する織物は避けら
れず、従って薄地織物が得られないのが現状である。ま
た、薄地化ソフト化のため、経糸に綿、緯糸に通常もし
くは加工糸のフィラメント糸を配した織物は有効だが、
品位的に経糸の糸ムラ強調の織物となる。又、フィラメ
ントの光沢が強調され、ナチュラル感に欠く。しかも起
毛による強力低下を防止するには薄地化に限界があった
。一方で、緯糸にフィラメント糸、特に軽量、ソフト化
に有効なナイロン使いの織物では、中希・端希といった
染色ムラ欠点の発生を避けられない理由でフラット仕上

紡績糸ムラのない均質な表面感も得られる。機能性だけ
なら緯糸に極細フィラメント糸を用いればよいが、タッ
チ、外観が得られない。微細なループや毛羽を有する多
層構造捲縮加工糸を用いることで、経糸のみでは得られ
ない外観、風合、機能性が得られる。本発明の緯糸を用
いることで、起毛しなくてもよいため、経糸を実用性を
損なわない程度に細くでき、軽量化できる。ファインデ
ニール複合捲縮加工糸構造のため、緯糸が細くても、通
常のフィラメントとは異なり、生地は透けず、緻密な織
物の外観を呈す。Nyの場合、通常のフィラメントとは
異なり、スパンライク加工糸は、糸の膨潤作用を構造糸

1と同法の工程を経て織物を得た(比較例−1)。又、
緯糸に70デニール34フィラメントの6−ナイロン同
士を乱流撹乱処理する以外は全て実施例−1と同条件で
織物を得たものを比較例−2とした。それぞれの織物の
