Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the producibility by joining a front ligneous veneer and rear ligneous veneer of wooden type, preparing a heart wood to be interposed between the two ligneous veneers through mixing and kneading of respective specified amounts of rubber, resin, and wood chips, and consolidating them together heating and pressurization. CONSTITUTION:As a heart wood 3, 60-220 parts by wt. vulcanzed granular rubber of particle size ranging 1.0-3.0mm, 60-90 parts by wt. butyl rubber, and 10-40 parts by wt. polyethylene are mixed and kneaded, to which 240-640 parts by wt. wood chips and a stickiness giving agent are added, followed by mixing thoroughly and kneading. Thus the matrix 3 is prepared. A denatured polyolefin having polar group is added to a low density polyethylene to prepare adhesive plastic sheet 2. Then the matrix 3 is put in a die D between ligneous veneers 1, 1 while such plastic sheets 2 are interposed, followed by heating and pressurization to accomplish a consolidated structure. Therein the constituent resin of the sheets 2 intrudes into the heart wood 3 and the ligneous veneers 1, 1, and the sheets do not assume their form any more.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the damping sheet and the particle board are different core materials for the vibration-damping floor base material, they have been manufactured separately and then integrated. Therefore, there is room for improvement in terms of manufacturability.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, the core material interposed between the wood veneers is made of vulcanized granular rubber, heat-fusible rubber, polyethylene, and wood. The required amount of each chip was kneaded and heated and pressurized to form an integrated product.

[0007] The above-mentioned vulcanized granular rubber has an average particle size of 1.0 to 3.
60 to 220 parts by weight as 0 mm, 60 to 90 parts by weight of butyl rubber as the heat-fusible rubber, 10 to 40 parts by weight of the polyethylene, and 240 to 6 parts of the wood chips.
The amount is preferably 40 parts by weight. At this time, it is preferable to mix equal amounts of vulcanized granular rubber with different average particle sizes, and it is also possible to use recycled butyl rubber in part for the butyl rubber. It is preferable to use 100 parts by weight.

[Function] The vibration-damping flooring material according to the present invention constructed as described above has vulcanized granular rubber, polyethylene, and wood chips integrated into a core material due to the self-bonding properties of heat-fusible rubber (butyl rubber). Vibration sound (waves) is efficiently dispersed and absorbed by the vulcanized granular rubber dispersed in the core material, the wood chips, and the heat-fusible rubber and polyethylene (PE) that fill the space between them.
