などを単独であるいは2種以上混合して使用する
こともできる。また乳化乃至可溶化組成物の安定
剤としてキラヤサポニンなどのサポニン類、アラ
ビヤガム、キサンタンガム、トラガントガム、グ
アーガム、ローカストビーンガムなどを単独であ
るいは2種以上混合して使用してもよい。更にオ
クタコサノールの溶解剤としてオリーブ油、大豆
油、米糠油、パーム油、サフラワー油、ゴマ油な
どの植物油、トコフエーロールなどを使用しても
よい。本発明によつて得られるオクタコサノール
の含有水性組成物は、乳化乃至可溶化が極めて高
く、PH3の酸性下でも安定に乳化乃至可溶化して
いる。更に本発明によつて得られたオクタコサノ
ールの含有水性組成物を飲料、水性乳化医薬品な
どに使用してもその乳化乃至可溶化安定性が極め
て高いという特徴をもつている。
