The colored backing materials used in the method of the present invention include colored synthetic resin sheets, synthetic resin plates,
There are products in which an opaque colored layer is provided on the surface of organic or inorganic plate-like materials such as paper, vapor-deposited film, metal sheets, plywood, particle board, and calcium board by applying colored coating or pasting colored sheets. ,
Such a colored backing material is selected and used depending on the properties of the decorative material to be obtained, and the thickness is not particularly limited. Furthermore, the base color of the backing material such as a metal sheet can be used as is.

In other words, when thin wood boards are sliced to a thickness of 0.6 mm or less, a portion of the conduit or tracheid penetrates from the surface to the back of the thin board, which improves air permeability and resin liquid permeability. This is because the coating layer of the resin liquid can be pressed onto the surface of the thin plate using a pressure plate and can be sufficiently penetrated from the surface to the inside.

In addition, if the above synthetic resin liquid is to have flexibility, it is desirable to use one that has appropriate flexibility after curing. For example, if it is thermosetting, it should be made to exhibit flexibility in advance. It is possible to use resins produced under specific formulations and reaction conditions, or resins that have been given plasticity by adding a plasticizer.

Among the above methods, in particular, the method of providing a synthetic resin liquid layer on the colored backing material and polymerizing it with the wood laminate,
By selecting and using a material that hardly absorbs the synthetic resin liquid, such as a synthetic resin sheet or a metal sheet, as the backing material, it is possible to provide a coating layer of the synthetic resin liquid with a uniform thickness and polymerize it with the thin wood board. It is possible to easily adjust the thickness of the resin liquid coating layer to obtain uniform transparency, and the backing material is less likely to crack than a thin wood board, so it is possible to polymerize the synthetic resin liquid layer. Easy to handle.

In addition, the amount of synthetic resin liquid to be applied depends on the performance required of the reinforced wood thin board to be obtained, such as water resistance, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, tensile strength, etc., and the thickness of the reinforcing layer depending on the degree of transparency, and the resin. It is difficult to make a general statement because it varies depending on the amount distribution or the amount of impregnation, etc., but it is sufficient if the amount of application is sufficient to fill the voids inside the thin wood board and make the spring material transparent.
A coating amount of 150 to 450 g/m 2 is sufficient for thin wood boards of 0.2 to 0.6 mm.

In this way, the thin wood board and the colored backing material are overlapped with the synthetic resin liquid layer interposed between them, and then this is inserted between a pair of upper and lower heating press plates and compressed by the hot press plate, so that the synthetic resin liquid is applied to the thin wood board. Increase the resin liquid pressure at the same time as applying sufficient pressure.

Under this condition, the temperature of the resin liquid is gradually raised using a hot platen to lower the viscosity of the resin liquid, and the resin liquid is press-injected from the surface of the thin wood board toward the inside.

Here, the resin liquid is press-fitted into most of the cell cavities of the thin wood board, but if the heating method or resin composition is such that the viscosity of the resin liquid drops rapidly, the resin liquid will flow into the minute voids in the thin wood board. As a result, not only can the resin liquid not be sufficiently press-fitted into the thin wood board, but also the hot press platen and pressure equipment may be contaminated with the resin liquid. It is necessary to adjust the viscosity.

In addition, the pressurizing force, pressurizing schedule, and temperature rise rate of the resin liquid of the hot pressing plate depend on the amount of voids in the thin wood board, the size of the voids,
It is determined by taking into account the length of the cavity, the thickness of the resin injected, the change in viscosity due to temperature of the resin liquid, the surface tension and fluidity of the resin.

The pressurizing method and device may be either a commonly used flat press or continuous press.
Further, the pair of upper and lower plates that apply pressure may be any plate-shaped material such as a metal plate or a plastic plate as long as it can uniformly transmit pressure to the resin liquid.

Further, a method for heating the resin liquid is to directly heat the disk body with heated steam, heated oil, or an electric heater, and use this heat to raise the temperature of the resin liquid through a suitable material. Alternatively, the plate may be used as a pressure plate, and heating may be performed by directly increasing the temperature of the resin liquid using high frequency waves or electromagnetic waves.

Depending on the wood species, cell diameter, moisture content, void volume, or resin composition of the thin wood board, it may be difficult for the resin liquid to enter, but in such cases, apply a layer of synthetic resin liquid on one side of the thin wood board. At the same time, if a colored backing material made of breathable material such as non-woven fabric or paper is placed on the other side, the air in the voids of the thin wood board can escape through the backing material and the resin can be press-fitted uniformly. I can do it.

In this way, the synthetic resin liquid press-fitted into the voids of the thin wood board is either solidified as it is between the press plates, or taken out from the press plate and solidified by appropriate means such as heating or cooling.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the method for producing a reinforced decorative material of the present invention can be applied to a thin wood board, a synthetic resin liquid applied in an amount sufficient to fill the voids of the thin wood board and make at least the spring material transparent. By laminating the layers and the opaque colored backing material in that order and placing them between the upper and lower pressure plates and applying pressure, the synthetic resin liquid layer is press-fitted into the voids of the thin wood board and at the same time the thin wood board and the colored backing material are integrated. Since the purpose is to make the spring material of a thin wood board transparent, unlike conventional methods, a complicated process is required in which a synthetic resin liquid is injected into the thin wood board in batches under reduced pressure or pressure, and then solidified in another process. By press-fitting the synthetic resin liquid into at least most of the cell cavities of the thin wood board using the upper and lower pressure plates, it is possible to obtain a wood decorative material that is both transparent and reinforced at the same time, simplifying the manufacturing process and simplifying the manufacturing process. This makes it possible to significantly reduce costs.

Moreover, when the synthetic resin liquid solidifies, the transparent thin wood board and the colored backing material are integrated to obtain a decorative material with excellent translucency and flexibility. Moreover, the color of the colored backing material is It is exposed on the surface through the spring wood part of the thin wood board, and becomes a beautiful decorative material with a rich three-dimensional effect.

Furthermore, it is now possible to perform each process continuously, such as the process of applying resin liquid to the thin wood board or colored backing material, the process of laminating the thin wood board and the colored backing material, and the integration using the upper and lower pressure plates, thereby streamlining production. It is also possible to obtain a continuous band-shaped decorative material by continuously feeding thin wood boards of a certain size between pressure plates, unwinding a long colored backing material, and integrating it with heat and pressure via a resin liquid. .

In addition, since the resin liquid layer can be applied only to the thin wood board or colored backing material, the equipment, etc. will not be contaminated by the resin liquid as in the conventional injection method, and the work can be carried out smoothly. Furthermore, since the process from applying the synthetic resin liquid to press-fitting and solidifying can be done in a short time, it is also possible to use resins with short pot lives, which widens the range of resins that can be selected to suit the purpose and application. .

Furthermore, if a flexible sheet-like material such as a colored PVC sheet or metal sheet is integrated as a backing material, a sheet-like wood decorative material with excellent flexibility can be obtained, so the member is formed at a predetermined angle or curvature. Molding adhesive can be applied continuously to the surface. In addition, the widely known V-cut method is similar to conventional synthetic resin sheets by pasting the colored backing material side onto the base material and cutting the reinforced wood decorative material formed into a sheet to the bottom surface of the backing material. It becomes possible to perform bending processing.
