Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable spray repairing by mounting a spray lance retractably in a lance holder on which a monitor camera is installed, thereby preventing blur of the monitor camera or over cooling due to enlargement of an opening. CONSTITUTION:A running truck is moved in front of a specified furnace with a wheel 14 of a motor 15 and then, a base 8 is lifted with a lift 11 up to a specified position. Then. the base 8 is turned with a motor 10 about a turning shaft 9 so that the tip of a lance 1 is put into the furnace. Then, a guide rail 6 is tilted by a specified angle with a cylinder 7 for tilting on the base 8 and a lance holder 3 is moved longitudinally while the lance 1 is delivered to get a nozzle 2 at the tip of the lance set on a specified straying surface. In a spray repairing, the lance 1 is reciprocated slow longitudinally in stead of being at rest to finish a wall surface and this action is observed with a monitor camera as indicated by 16 provided on the top surface of the tip of the lance holder 3 at rest. Thus, the finishing is accomplished by moving the lance sometimes or another with a tilting device as indicated by 7, a turning device as indicted by 10, a lifter indicated by 11 or an advance/retraction mechanism of the lance holder 3.

してでき、かつ作業用仮蓋の開口を大きくする必要のな
い室炉式コークス炉用の熱間溶射補修装置を提供するこ
とである。

〈実施例〉 第1図は本発明による装置を奥行きのある場所に通用し
た場合の説明図である。この図は溶射補修時に作業用仮
蓋17の一部を事前に最小限開口しておき実施したもの
である。第2図は走行移動時の側面図を示すもので、走
行台車をモーター15車輸14により、所定の炉前に移
動させ、次に基台8を昇降装置f11により所定の位置
まで上昇させる。

〈発明の効果〉 本発明は、室炉式コークス炉の狭幅で奥行きの深い壁面

立体感をもって実施でき、かつ長尺ランスの出し入れに
よる窯冷却防止を最小限にできるようにしたので、効率
のよい安定した熱間での溶射補修作業ができるようにな
った。
