- セラミツクス基板の裏面に金属板製のヒートシ
ンクを接合してなる複合基板において、ヒートシ
ンク表面に該金属板の板厚の1/3以上の深さの溝
を有していることを特徴とする金属・セラミツク
ス複合基板。
