For example, a groove may be provided on the side surface of the girder material and the tier plate may be fitted into the groove, or a receiving material may be provided on the girder material and dovetail ridges formed on the upper surface of the receiving material may be placed on the bottom surface of the tier plate. It is installed by fitting into a dovetail groove.

On the other hand, in the latter case, the dovetail ridges are inserted into the dovetail grooves, so the installation work is easy, but once the mutual positions of the dovetail grooves and the dovetail ridges are out of alignment, it takes a lot of adjustment work. However, it has the problem of reducing workability.

(Means for solving the problems) This invention was devised in view of the above problems.
Slide the tier plate onto the receiving material and dowel-join the end surface of the tier plate and the girder material, and at the same time, engage the protrusion of the fixing metal fitting attached to the top surface of the receiving material with the engaging metal fitting attached to the bottom surface of the tier board. The present invention provides an extremely suitable tread fixing device that prevents the treads from being removed from the girder material and floating from the receiving material by fitting into the grooves.

On the other hand, the receiving member 2 is formed into a substantially triangular shape by a flat surface 7 on which the step plate 3 is placed, a slope 8 in contact with the beam member 1, and another slope 9. Dowel holes 11, 11 are formed in this slope 8 for inserting dowels 10, 10 buried in the receiving material 2. That is, girder material 1
and the receiving material 2 are so-called dowel-jointed by fitting the dowels 10, 10 into the dowel holes 11, 11. Further, a hole 12 is provided downward from the flat surface 7 of the receiving material 2, and this hole 12
Screw nails 13 are driven into the girder material 1 through the holes to further secure the fixation of the girder material 1 and the receiving material 2. A fixing fitting 14 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 is attached to the upper surface of the receiving member 2, the so-called flat surface 7. The fixture 14 has both ends of the substrate 15 raised up to form a pair of side edges 16, 16, and protrusions 17, 17 provided on the outside of the side edges 16, 16, respectively.
Further, an appropriate number of mounting holes 18, 18... are bored in the board 15, and countersunk screws 19,
It is attached to the flat surface 7 via 19.

That is, in this fixing device, the leading end of the step board 3 is dowel-jointed to the girder 1, and the center or rear end of the step board 3 is connected to the step board 3 by fitting the fixing fitting 14 and the engaging metal fitting 22. It is possible to ensure a stable fixed state without floating or falling off. Also, tap the tip end surface 31 of the step plate 3 to remove the girder material 1.
By releasing the dowel connection, the protrusions 17, 17 of the fixing metal fitting 14 can be removed from the engaging grooves 25, 25 of the engaging metal fitting 22 toward the front opening side, contrary to the above.
