た後、ワーク把持搬送手段4がワーク6を把持したまま
移動し、ワーク6をシフタ1から解放する。次に1同格
の搬送レール等によりワーク把持搬送手段は次工程側に
移動し、ワーク6を次工程側に搬送することになる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1)複数の油穴を有するワークを前工程から受け取り、
所定位置に配置される位置決めピンに前記油穴を挿入す
べく前記ワークに着脱可能に係合する割り出しモータで
該ワークを回動し、位置決めされた前記ワークをクラン
パで把持したまま該ワークを次工程側に搬送することを
特徴とする複数の油穴を有するワークの位置決め搬送方
法。 2)複数の油穴を有するワークを、前記油穴を所定方向
に向けて位置決めした後に、該ワークをクランパして次
工程側に搬送するように構成される複数の油穴を有する
ワークの位置決め搬送装置において、フィーダ等により
前工程から搬入される複数の油穴を有するワークを回動
可能に受け入れ支持すると共に該ワークを所定位置に移
送すべく装置の固定側に移動可能に支持されるシフタと
、所定位置に移送された前記シフタ上のワークと対峙す
る位置に配置され前記ワークを回動すべく該ワークに着
脱可能に係合する係合部を端部に設ける割り出しモータ
と、装置の固定側に移動可能に支持され複数個の位置決
めピンを所定位置に配置してなる位置決めピン支持台と
、前記シフタ上のワークを把持すべく該ワークに着脱可
能に係合するクランプ部を有すると共に装置の固定側に
前記次工程側に向かって搬送可能に支持されるワーク把
持搬送手段と、前記位置決めピン支持台の位置決めピン
が前記ワークの油穴に挿入されたことを検知し、前記ワ
ーク把持搬送手段側および割り出しモータ側等に検出信
号を発する検出手段とを設けることを特徴とする複数の
油穴を有するワークの位置決め搬送装置。
