造である。(Prior art and its problems) A seat bag using a back frame made of pipe whose sides are bent into a dogleg shape has a plurality of S-shaped springs stretched across the back frame in multiple stages in the horizontal direction. It has a structure in which a cushion body made of molded foam is supported by a spring, and these are covered with a skin.

心地が悪い不具合があつた。 Therefore, an S-shaped spring stretched on the upper bent part of the back frame has a substantially seat shape, but an S-shaped spring stretched on the lower bent part has its upper side protruding forward, and its lower side protrudes backwards. Therefore, the S-shaped spring stretched between the lower bent portions has a structure in which only the forwardly protruding upper part supports the cushion body made of foam, and the cushion body cannot be supported by the entire surface of the S-shaped spring. . Therefore, when the user sits on the seat, the upper side of the S-shaped spring feels like a foreign body, resulting in an uncomfortable seating experience.

It is possible to weld the clamp approximately parallel to the clamp. However, if the back frame is made of sheet metal with a certain thickness in the longitudinal direction, it is possible to weld the clamp in an inclined shape, but if the back frame is made by bending and forming the pipe, The clamp cannot be welded in any direction other than the horizontal direction, and the clamp cannot be welded at an angle to the back frame like a sheet metal back frame (due to the small welding area, etc.).

る不具合があつた。 In addition, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-142949 discloses a structure in which a cushion body made of a foam is supported by the entire surface of an S-shaped spring between the left and right lower bent parts of a back frame made of a pipe whose sides are bent into a substantially dogleg shape. There are some disclosed. However, this is a structure in which both ends of the S-shaped spring are hooked to a holding member that is rotatably connected to a bracket welded to the frame.
The S-shaped spring moved, causing abnormal noise, and the overall length of the S-shaped spring was shortened by the length of the bracket and the holding member (in the width direction of the seat), resulting in a loss of cushioning properties.

The entire S-shaped spring supports the cushion body. Therefore, the shape of the seating surface of the cushion body is maintained, and the foreign body feeling caused by the S-shaped spring, which is the case with the conventional products, is eliminated, and the cushion body can be used comfortably. In addition, since the S-shaped spring only needs to be bent, its formability is good. Furthermore, since the present invention fixes both ends of the S-shaped spring to clamps welded directly to the frame, the S-shaped spring
The entire shaped spring is fixed and no abnormal noise occurs. In addition, since it is possible to use an S-shaped spring that has a longer overall length by the length of the bracket and the holding member (in the width direction of the sheet) than the conventional product, cushioning properties are improved, and the S-shaped spring is used for the holding member, which is a movable member. Since the spring can be fixed to the clamp fixed to the frame without having to hook both ends of the spring, the work of installing the S-shaped spring becomes easier.
