Claims (1)
- エンジンの排気系に制御バルブが介装される一
方、エンジン回転数と過給圧とが入力され、この
入力された両値に基づいて前記制御バルブを開閉
制御し、前記エンジンの出力特性と前記排気系の
消音特性とを可変設定する制御型排気装置におい
て、スロツトル開度を検出するスロツトル開度検
出手段が設けられ、前記過給圧の入力が不能な非
常時に、前記エンジン回転数と前記スロツトル開
度とに基づき、前記制御バルブを開閉制御するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする制御型排気装置。
