[Prior Art] In conventional wooden flooring materials, a surface material 2 is pasted on the surface of a plywood 1 serving as a base material, and as shown in FIG. Grooves (3) are bored parallel to the fiber direction of the face veneer. If plywood 1 is made of 5P (ply), 3
.. It is drilled to a depth of 5P. The horizontal grooves 3 are provided in order to give flexibility to the wooden veneer so that when the wooden flooring material is placed on the flooring, it will fit easily into the flooring.

However, if only the horizontal grooves 3 are provided on the back side of the plywood 1, there is a problem that the plywood 1 warps as shown in FIG. 6, making construction difficult. In other words, if the fibers of plywood are not cut vertically and horizontally, there is a problem that warping will occur due to shrinkage due to drying and expansion due to humidification.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to prevent warping, improve workability during construction, and prevent floating.
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wooden flooring material that can improve its compatibility with the flooring substrate.

[Operation] By providing the vertical grooves 4 in addition to the horizontal grooves 3 on the plywood 1, the fibers of the plywood 1 can be cut vertically and horizontally, and the plywood 1 can be prevented from warping. Furthermore, when the high specific gravity sheet 5 is placed on a floor base, it can be made to blend in along with the floor base.

[Example] The base material of the wooden flooring material is made of plywood 1, and the plywood 1 has horizontal grooves 3 extending from the back side of the plywood 1 as shown in FIG.
and vertical grooves 4 are bored. A plurality of lateral grooves 3 are bored in parallel in a direction that crosses the fibers of the face veneer of the plywood 1. The vertical grooves 4 are grooves perpendicular to the horizontal grooves 3, and are bored in plural in parallel. A surface material 2 such as a decorative veneer is pasted on the surface of the plywood 1, and the surface material 2 is colored and then coated with urethane or aminoalkyte resin. On the back side of the plywood 1, a high specific gravity sheet 5, which is usually used as a sound insulating sheet, is pasted. The high specific gravity sheet 5 is a sheet in which a filler (such as lead) is added to vinyl chloride resin to increase the specific gravity. Further, the four circumferences of the plywood 1 are actually processed. In this embodiment, female seeds 6 are recessed on two sides of the four circumferences, and male seeds 7 are provided protruding on the remaining two sides. Instead of this female fruit 6 and male fruit 7, Aijakuri processing may be applied. The wooden flooring constructed in this manner is placed on the floor base and directly pasted, and adjacent wooden flooring materials are connected by a solid bond.

P (5P plywood is about 9 mm, and the depth of the vertical grooves 3 is about 6 to 7 mm). The width of the saw when drilling the vertical grooves 4 is also the same as the width of the horizontal grooves 4. Basically, the pitch width of the vertical grooves 4 is twice that of the horizontal grooves 3 to prevent warping, but the pitch widths of the horizontal grooves 3 and vertical grooves 4 may be changed depending on the structure or warpage of the wooden flooring product. Before pasting the high specific gravity sheet 5, the plywood 2 is
In the case of upward curvature as shown in a), the pitch of the vertical grooves 4 is made coarser than the basic pitch. Specifically, the pitch of the vertical grooves 4 is approximately three times the pitch of the horizontal grooves 3 (45 mm width), and the depth of the vertical grooves 4 is slightly deep (about 0.5 to 1.0 mm). In addition, if the vertical groove 4 is curved downward as shown in Figure 4(b),
Make the pitch finer. In other words, the length of the vertical groove 4 is 15 to 30 mm.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention has a plurality of horizontal grooves drilled in parallel from the back side of the plywood, and a plurality of longitudinal grooves cut in parallel from the back side of the plywood. Vertical grooves are formed in addition to horizontal grooves, and the fibers of the plywood are cut vertically and horizontally, eliminating warp in the plywood, improving the workability of the wooden flooring material and preventing it from lifting.
Moreover, since a high specific gravity sheet is attached to the back side of the plywood,
When placed on the flooring, it is easy to follow the flooring and can be applied easily.
