込口と、室外と連通する室外側熱交換換気吸込口
、室外側熱交換換気吐出口および室外側普通換気
叶出口とを有する外かく内に、前記室内側熱交換
換気吸込口と室外側熱交換換気吐出口を結び、モ
ータ支持板に取り付けられたモータと排気用羽根
と排気用ケーシングからなる熱交換排気用送風機
を設けた排気通風路と、前記室外側熱交換換気吸
込口と室内側熱交換換気吐出口を結び、給気送風
機を設けた給気通風路とを交差するように形成す
るとともに前記室内側普通換気吸込口と室外側普
通換気吐出口を結び、モータ支持板に取り付けら
れたモータと普通換気用羽根とオリフイスからな
る普通排気用送風機を設けた普通換気通風路を形
成し、前記排気通風路と前記給気通風機とが交差
する部分に熱交換器を配設し、前記排気通風路と
給気通風路を開閉する熱交換換気用シヤツタと前
記普通換気通風路を開閉する普通換気用シヤツタ
とを備え、前記室内側熱交換換気吸込口と前記室
内側普通換気吸込口とは前記室内側熱交換換気吐
出口より下方にあつて、かつそれらの中心が前記
室内側普通換気吸込口の方が前記室内側熱交換換
気吸込口より下方に位置し、さらに前記熱交換排
