[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a ventilation fan device for a duct installed in the attic, and by changing the part that allows the air sucked in from the attic to be discharged extremely easily depending on the situation, the hot air in the attic is discharged in the summer. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device that can be operated effectively with a single duct ventilation fan, depending on the purpose, such as effectively utilizing warm air in the attic in winter.

Therefore, when ventilating the attic, two duct ventilation fans 102 and 106 are used as shown in Figure 2.
was necessary. The duct ventilation fan 102 is for summer use only, and the hot air from the attic is sucked into the inlet 103.
It was sucked in from the air and discharged outdoors through a duct 105 attached to a discharge port 104. The other duct ventilation fan 106 is for winter only, and warm air from the attic is sucked in through an inlet 107 and introduced into the room through a duct 109 attached to an outlet 108. Therefore, as mentioned above, two duct ventilation fans 102 and 106 are required, which has drawbacks such as poor operating efficiency, high equipment costs, and the time and effort needed to install the equipment. Was.

In the figure, 1 is the main body of the ventilation fan, and a partition plate 3 to which an electric motor 2 is attached is fixed inside. The electric motor 2 includes a motor 2 formed inside the main body 1.
A vane 4 for feeding into two outlet chambers 5 or 6 is coupled thereto. A suction port 7 for taking air into the interior is formed in a portion of the main body 1 of the ventilation fan corresponding to the suction side of the blades 4, and an orifice 8 is provided on the suction side of the blade 4. A damper 9 is provided on the air discharge side of the vane 4 for switching between introducing the air into the outlet chamber 5 and the outlet chamber 6. Discharge ports 10 and 11 are provided for discharging the air to the outside of the ventilation fan body 1.

In the above configuration, when the damper 9 is operated in the state shown in FIG. It will be destroyed. Since the discharge port chamber 5 is closed by the damper 9, the wind discharged from the blades 4 enters the discharge port chamber 6 and is discharged from the ventilation fan main body 1 through the discharge port 11.

Further, when the damper 9 is operated in the state shown in FIG. 4, when the electric motor 2 rotates the blades 4, the air sucked into the ventilation fan body 1 through the suction port 7 is guided to the blades 4 by the orifice 8. and,
Since the discharge port chamber 6 is closed by the damper 9, the air discharged from the blades 4 enters the discharge port chamber 5, and then flows through the discharge port 10 into the ventilation fan body 1.
is discharged to the outside. By simply operating the damper 9 in this way, it is possible to discharge to two different locations. FIG. 5 is an installation diagram showing the installation state of the duct ventilation fan based on the present invention, in which the main body 1 of the ventilation fan is fixed inside the attic 14, and the indoor outlet 10 is connected to the indoor room 15 through the duct 13. The outdoor discharge port 11 communicates with the outside air outside the attic 14 through a duct 12 to form an indoor discharge ventilation passage 16.
is formed.

With the above configuration, when the damper 9 is operated in the state shown in FIG.
The hot air is guided into the inside of the main body 1 of the ventilation fan, and is discharged outdoors through an outdoor outlet 11 and an outdoor outlet air passage 17 to reduce the heat load on the entire building and keep it cool.
In addition, in winter, the damper 9 is operated in the state shown in FIG. It is used to heat the room 15.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to change the place where the wind is discharged extremely easily by simply operating the damper, and ventilation in the attic can be achieved in the summer by installing one duct ventilation fan based on the present invention. It can be used for both the purpose of discharging hot air from the attic during the winter and introducing warm air from the attic into the room during the winter, improving the operating rate of the equipment and eliminating the need to install two ventilation fans as required in the past. This has the effect of lowering costs and, in addition, halving the time and effort required to install the equipment.
