の凹溝43および凸条44を設け、筒状体19が
上方に位置する時には凹溝43と凸条44が係合
し、筒状体19が下降した時には同凹溝43と凸
条44の係合が離脱するようにすると共に筒状体
19の上端個所に外向フランジ24を一体に設
け、この外向フランジ24の側傍に小さいドラム
25を配して当該ドラム25を中間壁1の後面に
固定し、このドラム25内に中心横軸26を設け
て当該横軸26に冠型爪車27および送爪28付
き回転板29を回動自在に支承し、回転板29の
周縁にレバー30を一体に設けて当該レバー30
の先端をドラム25の外に同ドラム25の周壁に
開設した窓孔31を介して貫出し、この貫出端を
外向フランジ24下側に臨入させると共に回転板

滑にするなどのことを回避することができるもの
であつて、本考案はこれらによつて前記の問題点
を充分に解決することができる効果を奏するもの
