As seen in No. 9488, a magnetic layer is formed on the surface of a substrate with an adhesive layer on the back side, a metal vapor deposited film layer is formed on this magnetic layer, and a colored layer is further formed on top of this. By adhering to a base material using the adhesive layer on the back side, it is widely applied to bank passbooks, magnetic cards, etc. In this way, by providing a metal vapor deposited layer on the magnetic layer and then forming a colored layer on top of this via a resin layer, the thickness of the colored layer can be made as thin as possible and a clear color tone can be obtained. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the case of a film in which a simple resin layer is formed on a magnetic layer, the surface of the resin layer becomes a mirror surface, so it lacks appropriate slipperiness during subsequent processing, and it is difficult to coat other layers. It was difficult to run stably at times. In addition, since it is a mirror surface, if slight wrinkles or scratches occur during film running, or slight unevenness in the magnetic layer or resin layer itself, these will appear on the metal-deposited surface, and eventually the colored layer will be damaged. It appeared as an uneven color. Furthermore, blocking after winding the film was likely to occur.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention comprises forming a magnetic layer on the surface of a substrate provided with an adhesive layer on the back surface, providing a metal vapor deposition layer thereon, and further forming a colored layer thereon. In an adhesive magnetic sheet, a pigmented resin layer is placed between the magnetic layer and the metal vapor deposited layer, or in the case of a transfer type, between the metal vapor deposited layer and the colored layer (provided that the layers are laminated in this order in either case). By providing this, appropriate roughness is introduced into the surface of the adhesive magnetic sheet, thereby achieving the object of the present invention.

[0006] The present invention improves the effects previously achieved by adding pigment to the resin layer, which serves as an anchor for the metal vapor deposited layer, in addition to a simple resin. The thickness of the colored layer is made as thin as possible. The above effect can be achieved without impairing the ability to obtain a clear color tone. Pigments suitable for this purpose include finely divided silica, inorganic pigments such as talc, and organic pigments such as polyethylene and epoxy, among which finely divided silica is most suitable. For example, the primary particle diameter is several mμ to 10 mμ,
Secondary particles (particles formed by agglomeration of primary particles) of 1 to 4 μm fine silica particles are suitable. In general, good results were obtained when the surface roughness of the pigmented resin layer before forming the next layer was Ra 0.1 to 0.7μ. The resin for the pigmented resin layer may be either a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin, and representative resins include vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol copolymer, vinylidene chloride resin, and the like. Any other resin known as a binder resin can be used. It has been found that the appropriate amount of fine silica to be added is 1 to 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the resin.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, the structure of the adhesive colored magnetic sheet of the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, an adhesive layer 8 is applied to the back surface of a substrate 1 made of a film such as polyester, and a magnetic layer 2 for magnetic recording is formed on the surface of the substrate. A pigment-containing resin layer 3 is formed on the surface of the magnetic layer 2 according to the present invention, thereby forming a surface that acts as an anchor for the metal deposited layer and has a surface roughness that provides appropriate slippage. Next, a metal vapor deposition layer 4 is formed, and further a pigment-free resin layer 5 is formed. This layer increases the adhesion between the metallized layer 4 and the colored layer. A colored layer 6 is formed on the surface of the resin layer 5. Due to the action of the metal vapor deposited layer 4 and the resin layer 5, the colored layer 6 can reduce the thickness of the colored layer as much as possible, producing the previously known effect of obtaining a clear color tone. This action produces the aforementioned improvement in slipperiness and the associated effects. In addition, in order to protect the surface of the colored layer 6, a protective layer 7 made of transparent resin is provided.
may be formed.

FIG. 3 shows another structure of the adhesive colored magnetic sheet of the present invention, which has basically the same structure as that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, but is constructed as a transfer type magnetic sheet. It's different in one respect. A release layer 9 is formed on the substrate 1, then a non-essential protective layer 7 is formed, a colored layer 6, a pigmented resin layer 3, a metal vapor deposition layer 4, a pigmented or non-pigmented resin layer 5, and then a pigmented or non-pigmented resin layer 5. A magnetic layer 2 and an adhesive layer 8 are formed. In this example, the order of lamination is almost reversed from that in FIGS. 1 and 2, so the layer in contact with the colored layer 6 is the pigmented resin layer 3. As described above, the adhesive colored magnetic sheet of the present invention can exhibit initial effects by having the pigmented resin layer 3.

The surface of the resin layer in Comparative Example 1 before metal vapor deposition was a mirror surface. For this reason, the film did not slip during running during vapor deposition, and was prone to wrinkles and folds, and even slight scratches became noticeable after vapor deposition. The surface roughness Ra of the films of Examples 1 and 2 was 0.2μ and 0.15μ, respectively. Due to the moderate roughness of the surface, the film ran very smoothly, with no wrinkles or folds, even slight scratches were not noticeable in appearance, and no blocking was observed after winding. In addition, the weather resistance (high temperature storage stability) of the finished product,
Examples 1 and 2 were superior to Comparative Example 1 in terms of corrosion resistance (corrosion resistance due to chemicals), adhesion of vapor-deposited metal, etc., and no difference in color tone was observed in appearance. Comparing the gas barrier functions of pigmented and non-pigmented resins, the pigmented resin is superior. In particular, in the case of a colored magnetic sheet, the thinner the upper layer of the vapor deposited layer is, the more advantageous it is in terms of recording properties, and the barrier function of the pigmented resin layer becomes effective even inside. Therefore, if the resin layer 5 contains a pigment, it is further advantageous in terms of storage stability and the like. Runnability is useful before deposition, during deposition, and during further application of deposited layers. Therefore, in any of these conditions, if the surface has an appropriate roughness, the running properties of the film can be maintained well.

[Function and Effect] As described above, according to the present invention, since the pigmented resin layer is formed under the metal vapor deposition layer, appropriate slipperiness is imparted during vapor deposition and subsequent processing, making stable running possible. . In addition, wrinkles and scratches are less likely to occur, and even if slight unevenness occurs in the magnetic layer or the resin layer itself, there is no risk that these will eventually appear as uneven color in the colored layer, and furthermore, the film is wrapped before vapor deposition. No blocking occurs after taking.
