ツプする白クリツパと、 前記入力映像信号と前記白クリツパの出力信号
とを所定の混合率で加算するミキサと、 前記ミキサの出力信号をピークレベルが所定の
上限レベルを越えないように可変減衰して出力映
像信号を形成するピークＡＧＣ回路と を備えた映像信号処理回路。
