構造の断面図である。 図において、１は蓄圧室、２はバルブ室、３は
排気口、４は上部ダンパ、５は弁開閉ピストン、
６は排気バルブシート、７は排気バルブ、８は入
気バルブ、９はピストン、１０は打撃棒、１１は
シリンダ、１２はスプリング、１３は上部シール
面、１４は下部シール面、１５は側面シール面、
１６は上面力、１７は下面力である。

Claims (1)
- トリツガを引くとシリンダ上部の弁開閉ピスト
ンの内周に形成された排気バルブが閉じると同時
に入気バルブが開口して蓄圧室の圧縮空気が流入
し前記シリンダに案内されたピストンが瞬時に下
降し、次にトリツガを離すと前記弁開閉ピストン
に嵌着された前記入気バルブが閉じると同時に排
気バルブが開口し、シリンダ室の残留空気が排出
されて背圧によりピストンが押し戻される釘打機
において、ゴム状弾性体の前記入気バルブと前記
弁開閉ピストンとの当接部に、凸リング状の上部
シール面を設け、シリンダの上面と入気バルブの
当接部に同様の凸リング状の下部シール面を設け
且つ、前記入気バルブとシリンダの外周面とを環
状にシールするための凸リング状の側面シール面
を、前記排気バルブが閉じてから入気バルブが開
口するように形成し、さらに前記上部シール面の
外周は前記シリンダの外周よりも大きくすること
を特徴とする空気式釘打機。
