制御用トランジスタがそのベース・コレクタ間に
発生する電圧によつてバイアスされるトランジス
タを具え、該トランジスタからの出力に基づいて
表示灯を点灯することを特徴とする減電圧表示機
能を具えるボルテージレギユレータ回路。 (2) 負荷電圧を検出してＰＮＰ型の制御用トラ
ンジスタのベース電流を制御して出力を安定化す
るボルテージレギユレータ回路に於いて、該制御
用トランジスタのエミツタに入力端子が接続され
ると共に、そのコレクタに第１のトランジスタの
エミツタと抵抗が接続され、該制御用トランジス
タのベースに該第１のトランジスタのベースが接
続され、該抵抗の他端に第２のトランジスタのエ
ミツタが接続されると共に、出力端子に接続され
、該第１と該第２のトランジスタのコレクタが共
通接続され、該第１と該第２のトランジスタから
の出力によつて表示灯を点灯することを特徴とす
る減電圧表示機能を具えるボルテージレギユレー
