Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce the subject goods excellent in adsorption properties and porosity by blending recovered waste fibers with a polyolefinic polymer fiber cotton, heating the blended material at a high temperature, subsequently performing a needle punching work and carrying out compression molding. CONSTITUTION:Recovered waste fibers (regenerated fibers) are blended with a polyolefinic polymer fiber cotton followed by heat treatment at 140-160 deg.C. The heat treated fibers are subjected to needle punching by using a needle punching machine, etc., and is then sujbected to compression molding, thus obtaining the objective waste goods capable of efficiently absorbing oil stains.

[Industrial Application Field] The scope of use of waste fibers (regenerated fibers) is extremely limited, and at present it is limited to specialized use as recycled felt. Furthermore, with regard to waste cloth, up until now, used clothing and fabrics have been cut into appropriate sizes and made into products. As a rag product that is required to be usable in any place where oil stains occur, the process of commercializing the product was insufficient to meet the original needs. From the above points as well, the present invention can meet the original needs for waste fiber processing and versatility, as well as rags, and can be said to be a nonwoven rag product that can be used in a variety of ways.

[Prior Art/Problems to be Solved] Conventional rag products have not been as effective as rags, depending on the quality of the used clothing or fabric. Furthermore, as part of quality control for the product, sterility was hardly considered at all.

[Means for solving the problem] Therefore, as a means to solve the above-mentioned problem, we have developed a method that uses recycled waste fiber (regenerated fiber).
and polyolefin polymer fiber cotton, 140
By heating the fibers between ℃ and 160℃ to strengthen the bonds between various types of fibers, and by applying needle punching to increase porosity during molding, we can efficiently absorb oil stains. At the same time, we were able to sterilize the product. This can be said to be due to the adsorption, porosity, and binding properties that are a result of utilizing the characteristics of recycled raw materials (waste fibers) containing a mixture of various denier fibers.

[Example] 20% polyolefin polymer fiber cotton is mixed with recycled waste fibers, heated to 150°C, and compression molded to a size of 4 mm thick, 40 cm long, and 30 cm wide.
A waste product of m was obtained. The manufacturing process involves crushing waste fibers into cotton-like pieces and layering them on a sliver to a certain thickness. Then, the waste fibers are made into felt using a needle punch machine using standard No. 25 needles, and then heat-treated to create felt while hot. By passing the material through upper and lower rollers, raising of fluff and dust was prevented. By making it curly, it has an ability to absorb dirt and oil that is incomparable to conventional rag products. Furthermore, by mixing the polyolefin polymer fiber cotton, a nonwoven waste product that does not cause napping or dusting was obtained.

[Effect of the invention] As a result of the above, waste fiber (regenerated fiber)
In addition to contributing to the versatility of the product, we have created a rag product that can meet the original needs. Furthermore, it has the property of floating in water, so by changing the thickness and mixing ratio of oil spills in water, it is possible to contribute to environmental hygiene at sites that treat all kinds of waste, especially oil stains. I was also able to add something.
