The technical scheme adopts the polyester fiber as the raw material to prepare the non-woven fabric writing paper. The existing writing paper has limited thickness, the ink is easy to permeate due to good water absorption of wood fiber, the paper is thin and lacks texture, and the calligraphy works to be stored need to be additionally thickened and mounted. Meanwhile, the main raw material wood fiber resource is limited, and the price is higher. Along with the economic development of China, waste cloth has more and more chemical polyester fibers, and the chemical fiber resources are rich and cheap.

Different from the prior art, the technical scheme adopts the polyester fiber as the raw material to prepare the non-woven fabric writing paper. In the embodiment, the soft adhesive adopts SHD soft adhesive in the chemical transmission industry, the hard adhesive adopts 351HA hard adhesive in the chemical transmission industry, and the waterproof agent adopts FS01 waterproof agent in the chemical transmission industry.
The slurry mixed with the soft and hard binder binds the fibers and reinforces the writing paper. The application of the waterproof agent can reduce the permeability of water molecules and avoid the permeability during writing. EXAMPLE 3 preparation of a nonwoven writing paper
Preparing materials: uniformly mixing 80 parts by mass of 33-38DTEX low-denier polyester fibers;
carding to form a net: carding the prepared fiber; and the carded fiber is spread into a terylene fiber net in a staggered way,
sizing: sizing a polyester fiber net by adopting a sizing agent, wherein the sizing agent is prepared from 35 parts by mass of a soft adhesive, 5 parts by mass of a hard adhesive, 2 parts by mass of a waterproof agent and 50 parts by mass of water;
drying: and drying the sized polyester fiber net for 60min at 180 ℃ to obtain the non-woven fabric writing paper.
EXAMPLE 4 preparation of a nonwoven writing paper
Preparing materials: uniformly mixing 70 parts by mass of 33-38DTEX low-denier polyester fibers;
carding to form a net: carding the prepared fiber; and the carded fiber is spread into a terylene fiber net in a staggered way,
sizing: sizing a polyester fiber net by adopting a sizing agent, wherein the sizing agent is prepared from 32 parts by mass of a soft adhesive, 4 parts by mass of a hard adhesive, 1.5 parts by mass of a waterproof agent and 36 parts by mass of water;
drying: and drying the sized polyester fiber net for 50min at 200 ℃ to obtain the non-woven fabric writing paper.
EXAMPLE 5 preparation of a nonwoven writing paper
Preparing materials: uniformly mixing 65 parts by mass of 33-38DTEX low-denier polyester fibers;
carding to form a net: carding the prepared fiber; and the carded fiber is spread into a terylene fiber net in a staggered way,
sizing: sizing a polyester fiber net by adopting a sizing agent, wherein the sizing agent is prepared from 30 parts by mass of a soft adhesive, 5 parts by mass of a hard adhesive, 1.5 parts by mass of a waterproof agent and 38 parts by mass of water;
drying: and drying the sized polyester fiber net for 50min at 200 ℃ to obtain the non-woven fabric writing paper.
EXAMPLE 6 preparation of a nonwoven writing paper
Preparing materials: uniformly mixing 60 parts by mass of 33-38DTEX low-denier polyester fibers and 10 parts by mass of wood fibers;

EXAMPLE 7 preparation of a nonwoven writing paper
Preparing materials: uniformly mixing 72 parts by mass of 33-38DTEX low-denier polyester fibers and 18 parts by mass of wood fibers;

sizing: sizing a polyester fiber net by adopting a sizing agent, wherein the sizing agent is prepared from 30 parts by mass of a soft adhesive, 4 parts by mass of a hard adhesive, 2 parts by mass of a waterproof agent and 31 parts by mass of water;
drying: and drying the sized polyester fiber net for 30min at 200 ℃ to obtain the non-woven fabric writing paper.
The nonwoven writing papers obtained in examples 1 to 5 were examined for tensile strength and elongation at break in the dry state, and the results are shown in the following table:

compared with the common writing paper on the market at present, the thickness of the non-woven writing paper with the same gram number is far more than that of the common writing paper, and the thickness is 34-38mm (100 sheets) when 60g is used. Meanwhile, the tensile strength and the elongation at break are higher, and the paper has higher toughness.
The nonwoven writing papers prepared in examples 6 to 7, which contain fibers other than polyester fibers, have higher water absorption than the nonwoven writing papers containing only polyester fibers, have substantially unchanged other indexes, and are more suitable for writing calligraphy works.

the adhesive comprises a hard adhesive and a soft adhesive, and the mass ratio of the hard adhesive to the soft adhesive is 3-5: 25-35;
the mass ratio of the polyester fiber to the adhesive to the waterproof agent is 60-80: 28-40: 1-2;
the drying temperature is 180-220 ℃, and the drying time is 30-60 min;

drying: and drying the sized polyester fiber net for 30min at 200 ℃ to obtain the non-woven writing paper base cloth.
4. A nonwoven fabric writing paper, characterized in that the nonwoven fabric writing paper is prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
