[0010] The bonded magnet is a magnet made by mixing and molding permanent magnet powder obtained by crushing a magnetic material such as barium ferrite or strontium ferrite with a bonding material such as rubber or plastic. Bonded magnets are classified into rubber magnets, plastic magnets, etc. depending on the type of bonding material, and further divided into those whose bonding material is thermosetting and thermoplastic. Examples of the rubber-based bonding materials include natural rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, and examples of the plastic bonding materials include:
Examples of thermoplastics include nylon resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, ethyne/vinyl acetate copolymer, polyphenyl oxide, etc., and examples of thermosetting resins include phenol resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, etc. There is. As the bonded magnet used in the present invention, it is preferable to use a thermoplastic bonding material among the above-mentioned materials. Furthermore, since it is used as an inner layer, it is preferable to use a relatively soft material.

[0011] Then, in order to adhere the bonded magnet M using the thermoplastic bonding material to the cloth 2 constituting clothing such as the supporter 1, the bonded magnet M is heated by appropriate means such as high frequency or ultrasonic waves. The rubber bonding material or plastic bonding material constituting the magnet M is not completely melted by heating to a certain temperature or without heating, but is melted to a temperature at least such that its surface becomes sticky, and in that state, the cloth is By press-contacting the two surfaces, the magnet M is adhered to the surface of the cloth 2 by the adhesiveness of these binding materials. If the surface of the magnet M is further covered with a piece of cloth 3 as in the illustrated embodiment, the cloth is laminated and adhered to the surface of the magnet formed into a large flat plate in advance, and then cut. Alternatively, by punching or the like, it is possible to mass-produce the magnets M having the cloth pieces 3 adhered to the surface at one time.

[0012] When the bonded magnet M is heated and bonded to the cloth 2 using the adhesiveness of the bonding material as described above, the bonded magnet M is heated excessively and the bonding material is completely melted. If this happens, not only will the shape of the magnet M collapse when it is pressed against the cloth 2, but the orientation of the magnetic powder, which has been oriented in advance and fixed by the binding material, will be destroyed and the magnetism of the magnet M will be reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the heating to such an extent that the bonding material is not completely melted thereby, and at least to the extent that its surface is sticky and can be bonded to the cloth 2. Further, in the above case, when the bonding material 1 is melted and bonded by heating, the cloth 2 must not be melted or burnt by the heat. From this point of view, when bonding by melting the bonding material, it is necessary to melt the bonding material to the extent that it can be bonded without using heating such as ultrasonic waves, which may have an adverse effect on the fabric 2. It is preferable to use a method that does not.

As described above, if the bonded magnet M is bonded to the cloth 2 constituting the clothing such as the supporter 1 by utilizing the adhesiveness of the bonding material, a special adhesive for bonding the magnet M to the cloth 2 can be used. Moreover, there is no need for excess adhesive to protrude and stain the cloth 2 during bonding. Furthermore, by adhering the piece of cloth 3 to the surface of the magnet M, it is possible to prevent the magnet M from coming into direct contact with the human body, and it is also possible to make the magnet M more aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, in this case,
If the piece of cloth 3 is adhered to the magnet M by utilizing the adhesiveness of the bonding material of the bonded magnet as described above, no special adhesive is required.

[0014] The case where the bonded magnet is bonded to the supporter 1 etc. using the adhesiveness of the bonding material has been described above, but it is also possible to use a sintered magnet as the magnet M. When used, the magnet M may be adhered to the surface of the cloth 2 with a suitable adhesive 4 as shown in FIG. Further, a thermoplastic resin patch or the like is used as an adhesive, this patch and a magnet M are placed on the cloth 2, and the synthetic resin patch as the adhesive 4 is melted using appropriate heating means such as high frequency heating. The magnet M may be adhered to the cloth 2 by doing so. Moreover, it goes without saying that not only the case of a sintered magnet but also the above-mentioned bonded magnet can be adhered to the cloth 2 via a separate adhesive 4 in this way.
