Conventionally, in order to remove rust and scale that have adhered to water supply system piping and other parts, and to prevent the formation of these rust and scales, anticorrosive agents have been added to the water supply, or, for example, as shown in Figure 2, municipal A corrosion prevention device 25 filled with anticorrosion agent for water supply is interposed in the water supply flow path where water is temporarily stored in an elevated water tank 23 by a pump 22 from a water receiving tank 21 that receives water, and then distributed to a usage point 24. By allowing the water supply to flow through the equipment, the anticorrosive agent for the water supply is dissolved in the water, and then rust and scale that has formed in the piping and various equipment are removed, and at the same time the piping,
It is known that a protective film is formed on the inner walls of equipment to prevent the recurrence of rust, scale, etc.

The present invention consists of a middle body 1 filled with anticorrosive agent 8 for water supply, a lower body 3 having an inlet 9 on one side and a flange 2 on the upper end, an outlet 15 on one side, and an anticorrosive agent replenishment port for water supply on the upper end. 18 and a flange 4 formed at the lower end thereof, and a plurality of hollow disk-shaped magnets 10 are coaxially arranged in series inside the inlet 9 and outlet 15 of the lower body 3 and the upper body 5, respectively. Integrated hollow cylindrical core 11
are screwed together, a water flow partition plate 7 is interposed on the bottom surface of the middle body 1, and the lower body 3 and the upper body 5 can be freely connected by passing bolts 6 through the respective flanges 2 and 4. This is a water supply channel corrosion prevention device.

A water flow partition plate 7 is attached to the middle shell 1 and its bottom, and the lower shell 3 and the upper shell 5 are connected by passing bolts 6 through the respective flanges 2 and 4, and the anticorrosive agent for water supply to the upper shell 5 is supplied. When a water supply anticorrosive agent is filled into the middle shell 1 from the port 18 and placed in the water supply channel, water flows into the lower shell 3 from the inlet 9; , while flowing through the hollow part of the hollow cylindrical core 11 in the lower body 3, it passes through a magnetic field that is multipolarized and connected by the connected hollow disk-shaped permanent magnets 10, and the internal energy of the water molecules is reduced. Excite the water, reduce iron ions, scale components, etc. in the water, modify and activate the water to have anti-corrosion effects.

Next, the water that has undergone magnetic treatment in the lower shell 3 passes through the passage partition plate 7 and passes through the water supply anticorrosive agent 8 filled in the middle shell 1, dissolving the water supply anticorrosive agent 8. It supplements the anti-corrosion effect and reaches the inside of the upper shell 5. Furthermore, upper torso 5
Inside, the water flows through the hollow part of the hollow cylindrical core 11 again to further enhance the anti-corrosion effect, and then flows out from the outlet 15 to remove rust, scale, etc. that have formed in the subsequent piping and various equipment. At the same time, it forms a protective film on the inner walls of piping and equipment to prevent the recurrence of rust and scale, as well as corrosion.

Note that the anticorrosive agent 8 for water supply needs to be replenished because it gradually decreases with use, and replenishment is performed from the anticorrosive agent replenishment port for water supply. Further, the anticorrosion effect due to the magnetic treatment by the hollow cylindrical core 11 is semi-permanent.

A water flow partition plate 7 such as a perforated plate or a net is held between the lower shell 3 and the middle shell 1 to cover the bottom surface of the middle shell 1, and the water flow partition plate 7 controls the required amount filled into the middle shell 1. The water supply anticorrosive agent 8 is supported. It is preferable that the middle body 1 is made of a transparent material so that the degree of depletion of the anticorrosive agent 8 for water supply inside can be easily observed from the outside.

The hollow disk-shaped permanent magnets 10 forming the hollow cylindrical core 11 may be arranged so that different poles touch each other on the same axis, but they can also be arranged so that the same poles touch each other so as to repel each other. A magnetic washer 12 made of magnetic metal such as iron is interposed between each hollow disc-shaped permanent magnet 10 to prevent a decrease in magnetic force. If the inside of the magnetic washer 12 is shaped so as to protrude into the hollow part of the magnet 10, lines of magnetic force can be concentrated on the protruding part of the magnetic washer 12, thereby making the magnetic action stronger.
