Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activating method of water which is directly applied to tap water and well water or applied to a circulation calorifier and a solar thermal calorifier belonging to a bathtub for a household or business and to provide an activation purification device using the above-memtioned method which is used by being connected or integrated in these utensils. SOLUTION: In an activating method of water, flowing water is passed between different magnetic poles and thereafter radiated with far-infrared rays. An activation purification device is constituted by forming a magnetic layer 4 on a water inlet 2 side and forming a far-infrared rays radiation layer 5 on a water outlet 3 side in a corrosion resistant tubular vessel 1 having the water inlet 2 in one end and the water outlet 3 in other end. The magnetic layer 4 is formed by fixing a plurality of platelike permanent magnets 8 in the tubular direction, so that different magnetic poles face the flow path space S and become a counter electrode state. The far-infrared rays radiation layer 5 is formed by loading burned ceramics balls 10 radiating far-infrared rays.

2. Description of the Related Art Tap water is significantly contaminated by domestic and industrial wastewater from rivers and lakes, which are the source water, and chlorine disinfection is carried out at a water supply facility. This mixed chlorine remains until the final tap. In addition, red rust may often be mixed due to corrosion of the water supply pipe. In addition, well water is being polluted with harmful substances by underground drainage from factories and by spraying agricultural chemicals on fields, forests, golf courses and the like. This fact is well known, and for self-defense against this, commercial water purifiers are used and household water purifiers are attached to water faucets. Also, people are consuming huge amounts of mineral water in bottles in search of safer and tastier water.

Not only are water purifiers and water purifiers extremely expensive, but the filter material also becomes clogged within half a year to one year. Therefore, the filter material part is made into a cartridge type, and is regularly every few months. Exchange is in progress. The cartridge itself, which is a consumable item, is also very expensive. In addition, running the water maker requires high running costs such as maintenance and power consumption.

In the use of water, circulating water heaters and solar water heaters are becoming popular in domestic and commercial bathtubs.
Although the circulating water heater is equipped with a filter medium tank, it is inevitable that scales, sludge and the like adhere to the running water path of the device. If the solar water heater is used for a long period of time, scale will be attached to pipes and hoses that feed water to the water tank or supply the hot water produced. If you leave these devices attached,
Periodic cleaning work is necessary as it may cause functional deterioration and breakdown of these devices.

Further, as shown in FIG.
When incorporated in the circulating water heater J used in the above, the tube is made of a corrosion-resistant stainless steel having a water inlet 2 at one end and a water outlet 3 at the other end, and the water inlet 2 is shown in the tubular direction in FIG. A magnetic layer 4 formed by fixing a plate-shaped permanent magnet 8 similar to that described above so that different magnetic poles face the flow path space S in a counter-polarized state, and has a diameter of 15 mm that radiates far infrared rays to the water outlet 3 side. A far infrared radiation layer 5 is formed by loading 40 ceramic balls 10. Then, a radium material generating radon gas between the far-infrared radiation layer 5 and the water outlet 3 is fired at about 1400 ° C. to form a sphere, which is a fired radium ball 1 having a diameter of 9 mm.
1. A radon gas generating layer 6 formed by loading 1 is further formed, and the calcined ceramics ball 10 and the mineral crushed to a size of 20 to 40 mm are eluted between the radon gas generating layer 6 and the water outlet 3. The mineral elution layer 7 formed by mixing and loading the ore 12 is formed.

Further, in the apparatus of the present invention, an electric current is generated by the water entering from the water inlet 2 crossing the magnetic pole lines between the plate-shaped permanent magnets 8 arranged in the pole facing state. After that, the far infrared ray emitting layer 5 is further activated.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the activated water further actively generates and dissolves a slight amount of radon gas in the radon gas generation layer 6, and the mineral elution layer 7 is further added.
In, the minerals in the ore are actively released into the water and dissolved. As described above, due to the structure of this device, the magnetic layer 4
Is placed at the forefront because it has a great influence on the subsequent layers, and the reverse configuration has no effect.

Water which is preferable for the human body is water which does not contain harmful substances, has a well-balanced mineral, has a neutral pH value, has a high degree of penetration, and has a low reduction potential. Also, the amount of radium shall be less than 1000 microsieverts per year, which is the amount of radiation exposure prescribed by the Ministry of Health. Radium becomes a gaseous element called emanathion radon when alpha-rays spontaneously decay. When this gas (radon gas) is absorbed by the human body, it usually excretes cholesterol, neutral fat, and nitrogen oxides in the blood, which activates blood circulation and is considered to be good for health.

In the present invention, the magnetic layer 4 is alkalized by lowering the redox potential of water and the pH value. Then, the far-infrared radiation layer 5 can increase the permeability of the brine. Further, in the mineral elution layer 7, since water has already been improved to the reduced state and the permeability has been increased, many minerals in the ore elute. Further, since the water permeability has already been increased in the radon gas generating layer 6, the radon gas is well dissolved. The water treated in this way neutralizes and removes mixed chlorine and harmful substances, not only for the human body, but for all animals that have taken in the water,
You can cheer up the living body of a plant. In addition, sterilization and antibacterial action can be obtained by its reducing power.

In addition, the pipes and the like in the apparatus are prevented from being corroded by oxidation due to the alkalization of water, and the sludge and scale substances dissolved in the water are deposited in the reduced state and aggregated. Therefore, if it is connected or incorporated into a circulating water heater or a solar water heater that is used in a domestic or commercial bathtub,
If a dust removing filter-15 is attached to the circulating water inlet 2, it is possible to adsorb and remove coagulated sediments (sludge and scale). If the dust removal filter-15 becomes dirty, it may be removed and replaced.

When this apparatus shown in FIG. 2 was used in a circulating water heater, dirt in the water was removed from the dust removing filter 15 so that it turned brown in a few days. According to the conventional method in which the circulating water heater is provided with a filter medium tank, a large amount of filter medium is required, and the entire filter medium tank is as large as about 10 kg. Scale to the wall
Adhesion of dirt and dust was unavoidable, but in the present invention, 1-2
It is lightweight and compact at about Kg, and there is no scale adhesion inside the circulating water heater device or piping that may cause functional deterioration or failure of the equipment, and scale on the wall surface of the bathtub.
No more dirt or dirt was attached, and it became unnecessary to do regular cleaning work.

Further, the structure is simple and can be supplied at a low price,
Maintenance is cheap because it is only necessary to replace the filter material such as sponge, etc., depending on the degree of contamination, and there is no running cost such as regular maintenance and power consumption like a water maker, so it is very economical. is there. In addition, when this water was used for washing, it was also confirmed that the washing effect does not decrease (increase the surface activity) even if the amount of detergent used to wash the same amount of laundry is about half that of the conventional one. That is also one of the great advantages.
