【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、磁気ディスク装置に関
し、特に磁気ディスク装置内部の状態を観察することが
できる磁気ディスク装置に関する。

【従来の技術】従来の磁気ディスク装置に関して図面を
参照して説明する。
【０００３】図２は従来例の磁気ディスク装置の斜視図
である。
【０００４】図２に示すように従来の磁気ディスク装置
は、装置本体が不透明なアルミニューム製カバー２で覆
われているため、装置内部の状態を観察することができ
ない構造になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上述したように従来の
磁気ディスク装置は、装置本体のカバーが不透明な材質
となっているので、装置内部を観察することができない
という欠点がある。
【０００６】本発明の目的は、装置本体のカバーを透明
な強化ガラス、強化プラスチック等の材料にすることに
より、上記の欠点を解消し、常時装置内部を観察するこ
とができると共に、異常発生時にその異常の発見にも役
立つ磁気ディスク装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の磁気ディスク装
置は、データの書込み、読出しを行う装置本体をカバー
で覆い前記データの処理を行う磁気ディスク装置におい
て、前記装置本体のカバーに透明な材料を使用している
。

【実施例】次に、本発明の実施例について図面を参照し
て説明する。
【０００９】図１は本発明の一実施例の磁気ディスク装
置の斜視図である。
【００１０】図１に示すように、本実施例の磁気ディス
ク装置は、図１の斜線部に装置内部の観察が可能な透明
の強化ガラスカバー１を使用している。
【００１１】尚、本実施例ではカバーとして透明な強化
ガラスを使用する例を説明したが、このカバーに透明な
強化プラスチック等の他の透明な材料を使用できること
は明白である。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明の磁気ディ
スク装置は、装置本体のカバーを透明な強化ガラス、強
化プラスチック等の材料にすることにより、常時装置内
部を観察することができると共に、異常発生時にその異
常の発見にも役立つという効果がある。

    体をカバーで覆い前記データの処理を行う磁気ディスク
    装置において、前記装置本体のカバーに透明な材料を使
    用することを特徴とする磁気ディスク装置。
