[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a vehicle-mounted conveyor device, and more specifically, to a structure that can reliably convey objects such as powder and granules loaded on a conveyor. This relates to a conveyor.

For freight cars that carry cargo boxes such as containers and tanks and carry irregularly shaped materials such as powder and granules, a conveyor is installed on the floor of the cargo box to facilitate the unloading of the transported material. Equipment is installed. A screw-type conveyor device is used to store and move powder and granules, etc.
Nowadays, flat conveyors are often used.

By the way, when the conveyor is constructed by endlessly arranging a large number of slat members extending in the vehicle width direction, there is a gap between the slat members. This means that the top surface of the conveyor is towards the bottom side, and
This is to prevent mutual interference inside the slat member, which has a box-shaped cross section, when the lower surface rotates toward the upper surface. As a result, a portion of the transported object will fall out from between the slat members.

Since spilled powder and granules can no longer be carried out by a conveyor, the gap between the particles is filled to prevent spillage, and at the same time it is possible to bend the material at the return section. As can be seen, a deformable shielding member may be interposed, or, as proposed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1299/1980, a concave arc surface may be formed on one side of the adjacent portion of the slat member and a convex arc surface may be formed on the other. They are then brought into sliding contact with each other.

As described above, by interposing the shielding member between the slat members to eliminate unevenness on the upper surface of the conveyor, spillage of irregularly shaped objects such as powder and granules is eliminated. However, even when such a conveyor is provided at the bottom of a container such as a truck, it may be required to quickly transport a large amount of powder and granular material.
However, the conveyor itself only moves the slat member and the shielding member continuously, and the movement of the conveyor is difficult to be transmitted to the transported items that are housed in a bulky container and are difficult to move. ing.

In other words, the weight of the objects located above the conveyor acts on the objects directly above the conveyor, and the objects interlock or intertwine with each other to prevent the movement of others. Even if it moves, the movement of the transported items inside the container will be slow.
Therefore, unloading by the conveyor may not be carried out smoothly, and the conveyor may become idling, or sometimes the conveyor may exhibit unexpected behavior such as the stagnant conveyance suddenly starting to move and collapsing. .

As a means for facilitating the conveyance of such powder and granular materials, there is a conveyor provided with protrusions directed toward the powder and granular materials. For example, in the device described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-1299, several protrusions extending in the width direction are formed on the upper surface of the slat member. Further, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 35-33237 describes an example in which a horseshoe-shaped connecting knot that covers an adjacent portion of a slat member is attached so as to protrude toward the powder material side.

However, when such a slat-type conveyor is mounted on a vehicle body, the objects to be conveyed are limited to irregularly shaped objects such as powder or granules. This is because when, for example, a box-shaped object is placed on a conveyor, a load acts directly on the protrusions and ridges protruding from the top of the conveyor, which can damage the protrusions or cause partial deformation of the conveyed object. This is because it may be done.

On the other hand, if the protrusions themselves are designed to bend when a shaped object is placed on the conveyor, the entire conveyor can bear the load. However, when a protrusion is provided on a slat member having relatively high rigidity, there is a limit to how much the protrusion can deform. Moreover, if a flexible material is selected for the horseshoe-shaped connector described above, the connecting function will be impaired.

The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to be able to smoothly move irregularly shaped objects on a container, and even when the conveyor is in an inclined state in some cases. , to be able to transport objects without easily slipping off, and even when fixed objects are placed on them,
To provide a slat-type vehicle-mounted conveyor device that does not damage the conveyor side or the loaded items.

A flexible shielding member is attached between the many slat members that make up the conveyor, and a protrusion is formed on the upper part of the shielding member to protrude from the upper surface of the slat member. Even if the objects are loaded in a bulky manner, the objects can be moved by raking them together, and even if the conveyor is arranged at an angle, the objects can be moved without slipping down.

On the other hand, when a fixed-sized object is placed on the conveyor, the protrusion of the shielding member will not be dented by the deflection of the flat portion, and the protrusion will not be damaged. Since the shield member is flexible, the plane portion can be easily restored, and the slat member is not inhibited from bending and deforming as required at the return portion of the chain. Of course, when powder or granular materials are to be loaded later on, the protrusions are restored so as to protrude from the upper surface of the slat member, so that not only irregularly shaped objects but also regular shaped objects can be loaded and moved.

The above-mentioned slat member 4 is made of drawn aluminum or the like, and as shown in FIG. 3, the inner sides are close to each other at the front and rear ends where the sprocket 6 is located. It is being If this gap remains as it is, it will be impossible to transport fine irregular-shaped objects such as powder or granules, so the above-mentioned shielding member 5 of the inset type made of vinyl chloride or the like is adopted, and the shielding member 5 is used to take advantage of its deformation. Such a conveyor 3 is provided with a protrusion 18 for smoothly moving the objects inside the container 2. To explain in detail with reference to Figure 1,
A protrusion 18 is formed on the shielding member 5 and protrudes from the upper surface of the slat member 4, and extends in the vehicle width direction. Although the protrusions 18 are provided on all the shielding members 5, it is not necessary to provide them on all the shielding members 5, 5, and the interval between them is selected as appropriate, so that the protrusions 18 are provided on every other shielding member 5. Good too. Its height and thickness are determined by the size and properties of the transported object, as well as the dimensions of the shielding member 5 and the slat member 4. Note that it does not have to be continuous in the vehicle width direction, but if it is continuous, it can be made into a single cross-sectional shape, which is convenient and easy to manufacture.

As shown in the figure, such a shielding member 5 is formed of a flexible substantially portal-shaped member having a flat portion 4b bridging between adjacent slat members 4,
The ears 5a, 5a on both sides are fitted into engagement grooves 4a, 4a formed on the sides of the slat member 4.
In addition, in order to avoid large deformation when the shielding member 5 returns to the position of the sprocket 6,
The mounting position is such that the flat portion 4b passes through the bend along the same trajectory as the chain 7.

By the way, since the above-mentioned protrusion 18 comes into contact with the transported object, it wears out and needs to be replaced. Although the shielding member 5 is located between the slat members 4, it does not have the function of transmitting the movement of the conveyor 3, so if the conveyor 3 is removed from the container 2 and the shielding member 5 is pulled out in the vehicle width direction, Can be easily replaced. Even when it is desired to employ shielding members 5 having projections 18 of different sizes, the desired shielding member 5 can be attached in the same manner.

When a material to be transported such as powder or granular material is placed in the container 2, the material is loaded onto the conveyor 3. When an irregularly shaped object is stored in a bulky manner, the weight of the upper part acts on the lower part, making it difficult to move. Furthermore, if the transported object is wood chips that tend to become entangled with each other, the surrounding chips act to apply a brake to the chips that are about to move. Even if the transported object is in such a state inside the container 2, the shielding member 5 having the projections 18 is interposed between the slat members 4 constituting the conveyor 3, so that it will not bite into the transported object. becomes.

As a result, when the conveyor 3 moves, the shielding member 5 scrapes the conveyed object, and the conveyed object moves so as to become entangled with the protrusions 18, or the protrusions 18 disentangle the intertwined objects. act. That is, the continuously moving conveyor 3
However, it repeatedly scratches the objects directly above the conveyor, causing irritation. If the lower part of the conveyance moves, the upper part of the conveyance loses its support, and the stack naturally collapses, allowing all the conveyance to be carried smoothly.

By the way, there is a flat part 4 between the slat members 4, 4.
A flexible shielding member 5 is arranged, and both ends of the flexible shielding member 5 are connected to the engagement grooves 4a, 4a of the slat members 4, 4.
It is only held by. Therefore, when a fixed-shaped object or a box-shaped object with a flat bottom is placed on the conveyor 3, the protrusions 18 that come into contact with the object are placed on the conveyor 3.
can be retracted downward while maintaining a substantially vertical posture by the downward bending deformation of the flat portion 4b. During this time, the shielding member 5 may stretch, but it will not be damaged. The shape of the shielding member 5 is restored once the transported material is unloaded, and no trouble occurs even when powder and granular materials are loaded thereafter. Of course, the predetermined bending deformation in the return portion is not hindered.
