Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of roof material by allowing the roof material to freely expand and contract. CONSTITUTION:Each roof panel 7 is assembled at a factory by mounting a draining sheet 3, a waterproofing sheet and a roof material 6 to the respective portions of a panel main body 1. A plurality of roof panels 7 are aligned at a construction site and mounted on a building body. Between adjacent roof panels 7, a covering piece 8 for the end portion of one roof panel 7 is laid on the exposed draining sheet 3 of the other roof panel 7. A space S is provided between the end portion of the roof material 6 of one roof panel 7 and that of the roof material 6 of the other roof panel 7.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, in such a conventional example, the ends of the roofing materials 6 of the adjacent roof panels 7 are butted against each other as shown in FIG. . However, the roofing material 6 expands and contracts due to temperature changes in the outside air, water absorption by the roofing material 6, etc., and if the ends of the roofing materials 6 are butted together, there is a risk that the roofing material 6 may be deformed due to the expansion and contraction of the roofing material 6. be.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The roof panel of the present invention includes:
A draining sheet 3 having a plurality of longitudinally extending draining fins 2 protruding from one side of the upper surface of the panel body 1 is placed, and a roofing material 6 is placed on the upper surface of the panel body 1 via a waterproof sheet 5. A plurality of roof panels 7 are arranged so that one end of the roofing material 6 is positioned on one half of the draining sheet 3, and the other end of the roofing material 6 is extended outward to form an end covering piece 8. Arrange side by side, overlap the end covering piece 8 of the other roof panel 7 on the exposed drainage sheet 3 of one roof panel 7 between adjacent roof panels 7, and cover the edge of the roofing material 6 of one roof panel 7. It is characterized in that a gap S is provided between the roof panel 7 and the end of the roof material 6 of the other roof panel 7.

[Function] According to the above structure, a gap S is formed on the draining sheet 3 between the roofing materials 6 of adjacent roof panels 7, and even when the roofing materials 6 expand and contract, the roofing materials 6 are deformed without hindering the expansion and contraction. Moreover, even if there is a gap S, since it is above the draining sheet 3, water does not enter and drains smoothly.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail below based on the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. A draining sheet 3 having a plurality of draining fins 2 protruding longitudinally is mounted on one side of the upper surface of the panel body 1. This draining sheet 3 is laid over the entire length of one side of the panel body 1. A waterproof sheet 5 is laid on the upper surface of the panel body 1, and the upper surface is covered with this waterproof sheet 5. Here, the waterproof sheet 5 may be laid over the entire surface of the panel body 1 so as to reach the lower surface of the drainer sheet 3, or may be laid over the entire surface of the panel body 1 excluding the lower surface of the drainer sheet 3. Here, the draining sheet 3 on which the draining fins 2 are protruded may be made of a soft synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride, or may be formed by embedding a thin metal plate in a soft synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride. There is. Further, the waterproof sheet 5 is a sheet mainly made of bituminous material or a synthetic resin sheet. A roof board 6 is placed on top of the waterproof sheet 5. One end of the roofing material 6 attached in this manner is located on one half of the draining sheet 3, and the other end of the roofing material 6 is extended outward to form an end. There are 8 cover pieces. In this case, the roofing material 6 is in a state where it lightly presses or comes into contact with the draining fins 2 of the draining sheet 3. In this way, a plurality of roofing materials 6 are attached to the upper surface side of the panel body 1, and the lower surface of the eave side end of the upper roofing material 6 is overlapped with the upper surface of the ridge side end of the lower roofing material 6. Can be installed in multiple stages.

The roof panel 7 having the above-mentioned structure is constructed by lifting it up with a crane or the like and extending it over the ridge material 10, the main building 11, the eave girder 12, etc., as shown in FIG. In this case, the connecting portion of the horizontally adjacent roof panels 7 is made by overlapping one half of the draining sheet 3 of one roof panel 7 with the end covering piece 8 of the other roof panel 7, as shown in FIG. In this case, the end cover piece 8 lightly presses or comes into contact with the draining fin 2 of the draining sheet 3. At this time, a gap S is formed between the ends of the adjacent roofing materials 6 on the draining sheet 3.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, as described above, construction is performed so that a gap is left between the end of the roofing material of one roof panel and the end of the roofing material of the other roof panel. Even if the roofing material expands and contracts, the expansion and contraction can be absorbed through the gaps, preventing the roofing material from deforming due to expansion and contraction, and there is less risk of damage due to roofing materials hitting each other during construction. Furthermore, even if a gap is provided between the roofing materials, since the roof is covered with a draining sheet, water can be prevented from entering and water can be drained smoothly.
