Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は2階建住宅の1階の屋根と2階部分との境界の
2階コーナ一部における雨水などに対する水切施工構造
に関するものである。

2階建住宅(第1図)の1階の屋根1と2階部分2との
境界部分3はどうしても雨水などの浸入し易い構造とな
っている。

ず、種々工夫された他の防水方法を行っている。

に溝が傾斜方向に向うようにして配設し、さらに、両側
端に、対向するように折返されてなる水切りを備えた端
面り状形の下部水切板を形威し、該下部水切板が該下部
水切板の水平部分を前記水切コーナーシートの上部に重
ねると共に該下部水切板の折曲げ線を傾斜方向に沿わせ
て妻側境界部分に配設されてなることを特徴とする2階
建住宅の2階コーナ一部におけろ水切施工構造であるの
で、屋根材を越えて浸入した雨氷を、下部水切板と水切
コーナーシートで確実に排水でき、水切コーナーシート
の阻水壁と溝とで2階コーナ一部への浸入を確実に阻止
できるため、極めて優れた防水効果を発揮し、しかも、
現場加工が不要であるので、乾式構法において好適なも
のである。
