ーをロツク状態、非ロツク状態とする係合部を一
端側に有しベース上に回動自在に軸支されると共
に他端側に操作端を有する操作レバーと、この操
作レバーを前記係合部でロツクレバーをロツク状
態とする方向に付勢するロツクスプリングを備え
てなり、前記ロツクレバーの軸支部と同軸上で一
端部が軸支される第１のリンクレバーと、前記操
作レバーの一部に一端部が軸支される第２のリン
クレバーとを設け、且つこれら第１及び第２のリ
ンクレバーの他端部同士を揺動可能に軸支して連
結すると共に、前記第１のリンクレバーにより前
記ロツクレバーの歯部がロツクプレート側の歯部
に噛合したロツク状態で、該ロツクレバーの回動
を拘束するように構成したことを特徴とするリク
