部を前記ホルダープレートに枢着されたロアーツ
ースと、中間部をホルダープレートに枢着されて
いるとともに、一端に前記ロアーツースの歯部と
反対側が圧接しているカムと、このカムと一部が
重合して同一軸に枢着され、かつ前記重合部に形
成された結合部が前記カムに結合された操作レバ
ーとを有するリクライニング装置において、前記
カムの結合部を、ロアーツースの完全ロツク時に
はホルダープレートの裏面側に位置するように、
かつ不完全ロツク時には少なくとも一部がホルダ
ープレートの裏面側から回動して目視可能の場所
に位置するように配設したことを特徴とする車両
