Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the execution of construction and to prevent the extoriation of tiles, which are being transported and/or assembled, and also to prevent the corner angle section of a panel from being cracked by employing a tiled panel which is made up of a main body where tiles are bonded on the surface of a metal sheet with elastic adhesives, and of mounting sections. CONSTITUTION:A tiled panel A is made up of a panel main body 1 where tiles 13 are bonded on the surface of an iron sheet 11 with elastic adhesives 12 composed of a butyle rubber sheet, and of each mounting section 2 which is formed in such a manner that both the side peripheries of the iron sheet 11 are extended so as to be bent at a right angle to its back side while a bent section 21 is formed with the iron sheet furthermore bent inside. In addition, each curved tile is bonded on the curved surface of the iron sheet 11 along the circumference of a curved panel main body, so that each tiled panel to be used for each corner angle section, is thereby formed. The tiled panel A is then mounted on a housing unit via each mounting section 2, consequently, each tiled panel for corner sections is similarly mounted onto projected corners, so that the installation of exterior walls on the housing unit is thereby completed.

As stated in the publication, transportable box-shaped housing units of a certain size with finished interior and exterior are produced in advance at a factory, multiple units are transported to the construction site,
It is assembled on-site and turned into a house.

[0003] In recent years, prefabricated houses have been increasingly adopted because they have the characteristics of short construction times and standardized houses with good dimensional accuracy. When installing tiles on the exterior walls of ordinary houses, the tiles were attached to the exterior walls of the house using cement mortar. However, when applying tiles to the exterior walls of assembled housing, it is difficult to apply tiles using cement mortar, as is the case with ordinary housing.

[0004] The reason for this is that in prefabricated housing, the housing units are produced in a factory, transported to the construction site, and installed on site, so the time for pasting tiles is short.
Moreover, while it is advantageous to have a lighter exterior wall, it is also necessary to prevent the tiles from peeling off due to vibrations during transportation, vibration during installation, deformation, etc., but with the conventional method of pasting tiles with cement mortar, This is because the requirements cannot be met.

As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 224 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2-157348, a tiled panel is prepared by adhering tiles to an exterior wall material with an elastic adhesive, and this tiled panel is attached to a housing unit. Furthermore, the outer wall of a house has not only a flat part but also a corner part which is an intersection between two flat surfaces. That is, there are an out corner where the outer walls protrude and intersect and are connected, and an inner corner where the outer walls intersect and connect in a recessed manner.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] In prefabricated housing, it is better for the housing unit to be lightweight in order to transport or lift it.
Therefore, as already mentioned, it is desirable that the tiled panels attached to this housing unit be also lightweight. The tiled panel described in the above publication, in which tiles are adhered to a wall made of exterior wall material with an elastic adhesive, is lighter than the exterior wall of a general house in which tiles are adhered with cement mortar, but the weight of the exterior wall material and tiles is They overlap, making the entire wall heavy. Therefore, there is a demand for further weight reduction.

[0008] Furthermore, the method for constructing the corners of the tiled panel described in the above-mentioned publication not only makes the construction difficult, but also makes the waterproofing of the corners extremely incomplete. That is, in a housing unit with tiled panels attached using right angle fittings,
Tiled panels expand and contract due to changes in temperature and humidity, and the stress from this expansion and contraction concentrates on the corners, causing cracks to form at the corners during long-term use.

[0009] In this way, when a crack occurs at a corner,
Rainwater seeps into the exterior wall from this area, corroding or damaging the interior of the exterior wall. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to
To provide a tiled panel that is lightweight, can be easily constructed, and prevents tiles from peeling off during transportation and installation. Another object of the present invention is to provide a corner tiled panel with good waterproof performance.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made to solve the above problems and achieve the above objects, and is a tiled panel consisting of a panel body and a mounting part, the panel body being made of metal. Tiles are bonded to the surface of the plate with an elastic adhesive, and the mounting portions are formed by extending both side edges of the metal plate of the panel body and bending the back side at approximately right angles.

[0011] Furthermore, the panel main body of the present invention used for the corner portion has a metal plate that is curved, and a tile that is curved along the surface of the metal plate is adhered to the surface of the metal plate with an elastic adhesive. It's happening. In the present invention, an elastic adhesive is one that solidifies and adheres while retaining elasticity,
Examples include acrylic elastic adhesives, urethane elastic adhesives, adhesive butyl rubber sheets, rubber adhesives, and thiol adhesives.

[Function] In the tiled panel of the present invention, both edges of the metal plate of the panel body are extended and bent at almost right angles to the back side to form a mounting portion. The bending strength is increased. In addition, since the tiled panel of the present invention has tiles adhered to a metal plate with an elastic adhesive, the elastic adhesive absorbs vibrations and deformation during transportation and installation of the architectural unit to which this tiled panel is attached. However, the tiles do not peel off.

As mentioned above, since the tiled panel of the present invention has a structure that has high bending strength and mechanical strength against vibration and deformation, the metal plate can be made thinner, and therefore the same mechanical strength can be reduced. It can be made lighter than panels made of tiles attached to strong exterior wall materials. In the tiled panel of the present invention, both edges of the metal plate of the panel body are extended, and these extensions are bent to the back side to form a mounting part, so the mounting part made of the metal plate is attached to a post or stud. This allows the tiled panels to be easily attached to the housing unit.

[0014] The tiled panel used in the corner of the present invention has a curved iron plate of the panel body, and mounting portions are provided by extending both side edges of the iron plate. The tiled panel of the present invention can be attached to pillars and studs around the inner and outer corners, without providing any connecting parts at the inner or outer corners. Therefore, stress is not concentrated at these inside and outside corners, and as a result, no gaps are created, resulting in an outer wall with good waterproof properties.

[0024]During this transportation and assembly, the housing unit C vibrated and was deformed, but no tiles were peeled off. In the prefabricated house constructed from housing unit C, curved tiled panels Aa are attached to the projecting corners, and there are no connections that cross at right angles, so the tiled panels expand and contract due to changes in temperature and humidity. However, there is no concentration of stress in these exposed corners, resulting in a house with exterior walls that are free from cracks and are highly waterproof.
