Conventional cross-stitched partition panels include a frame material provided on at least two opposing sides of a plate-shaped core material, a covering cloth stretched over the surface of the core material, and the ends folded back to the back side of the side edges of the frame material. The folded end portion is fixed by screws or adhesive.

However, with the above-mentioned cloth pasting structure, there are problems in that it takes time to fasten the facing cloth, especially folding the ends of the cloth back to the side edges or back of the frame material and fastening them, and the ends tend to peel off. Another problem is that the covering cloth cannot be easily replaced when it becomes soiled or during renovation.

In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention includes a plate-shaped core material; an opening strip that opens toward the back side and has a protrusion-like detent on the edge of the inner or outer surface; At least two opposing core members
a frame material provided on the side; a facing cloth having a size that can be fitted over the surface of the core material and the frame material, and that at least the side edge on the frame material side can be positioned within the opening strip when folded back; At a position corresponding to the frame material of the flat plate portion into which the back surface of the core material surrounded by the opening strip can be fitted, there is a locking member which can be fitted into the opening strip and whose tip can be locked to the bottom side of the opening strip of the detent. A metal formed by bending and extending a stop part perpendicularly from the flat plate part, and further folding its tip back toward the flat plate part with a gap from the part bent perpendicularly from the side edge of the flat plate part. Fold back the end of the facing cloth stretched over the surface of the core material with the frame material on the side, position the folded end on the opening strip, and lock the back surface member. The covering cloth is inserted into the opening strip along with the end of the covering cloth, and its tip can be locked to the bottom side of the opening strip of a protrusion-like detent formed on the edge of the opening strip, thereby allowing the covering cloth to be attached to the core material and the frame. We aim to provide a cross-attached partition panel that is attached to the surface of wood.

However, since the cross-covered partition panel constructed in this way has a frame member with opening stripes facing the back side on at least two opposing sides of the core material, the facing cloth can be attached to the surface with adhesive. If the side end is folded back to the opening strip side of the frame material and the locking part of the back member is inserted into the opening strip, the end of the locking part will be engaged with the detent of the opening strip. The end of the covering cloth is then fixed.

Furthermore, when it is desired to replace the covering cloth, the locking portion can be forcibly removed from the opening strip and the covering cloth can be peeled off to replace it with a new covering cloth.

Thus, the facing cloth 5 is stretched over the surfaces of the core material 1 and the frame material 2 with or without an adhesive,
As shown in FIG. 2, the end of the mounting cloth 5 is folded back to the back side, and with the folded end positioned on the upper surface of the opening strip 4, the locking portion 9 of the back surface member 6 is attached to the opening strip 4. The facing cloth 5 can be attached to the surface by fitting it together with the end of the facing cloth 5 so that its tip can be locked to the bottom side of the opening strip 4 of the protrusion-shaped detent 3 formed on the edge of the opening strip 4. Thus, the cross-stitched partition panel A of the present invention is formed.

Here, without being limited to the illustrated embodiment, the mounting cloth 5 is also positioned on the back surface, and the locking portion 9 of the back surface member 6, which has a frame shape with the flat plate portion 8 leaving only the outer periphery, is opened. By inserting Article 4,
Alternatively, by inserting independent locking members, it is possible to obtain a partition panel in which the inside and outside are cross-attached, or a partition panel in which the holes 7 are not formed in the flat plate portion may be used.

Once the holes 7 are bored in the flat plate portion 8 of and the flat plate part 8,
Since the sound can be effectively escaped from the holes 7..., the assembly can be facilitated, and the sound can be emitted from the core material 1 from the holes 7...
The sound is absorbed or muffled by the core material 1, and this cross-covered partition panel A can also be used as a soundproof panel.

As shown in FIG. 3, such a cross-stitched partition panel A has hooks 10 attached to the back side of both ends, and the hooks 10 are placed at predetermined intervals with a U-shaped planar cross section. A locking hole 11 is provided to allow insertion and removal, and an elastic retaining material 1 is provided.
This structure is used as a partition in a business office, for example, by being locked into the locking hole 11 of a support column 14, which is constructed by sandwiching the vertical frames 13, 13 from both sides with the 2 installed inside.

In the case of the cross-attached partition panel of the present invention as described above, the facing cloth is attached by inserting the locking part of the back member into the opening strip of the frame material, so it cannot be fixed with screws or adhesive. This not only simplifies assembly by eliminating the need for troublesome work such as coating, but also allows the facing cloth and back member to be attached at the same time, which is effective in improving productivity. It also serves as a member that provides structural strength to the main partition panel, and various materials can be used as the core material.

Also, when this mounting cloth is installed, the locking part is pushed into the opening strip while being elastically deformed due to its material and shape, and after it is completely fitted into the opening strip, the locking part returns to its original shape. Then, the tip can be locked to the bottom side of the opening strip of the detent,
Although the work is easy to do, the installation force is strong. Furthermore, since the back member is an essential component for this cross-covered partition panel, it is industrially preferable to consider that the facing cloth can also be attached to the core material at the same time as it is attached to the core material. It can be said that it is a matter of aspect.

In addition, the mounting cloth can be stretched under tension, and
Since the side edges of the facing cloth are inserted into the back member, it is possible to eliminate overlaps and raised parts between the cloths, create a beautiful finish at the joint between the facing cloth and the back member, and improve the appearance of the cloth-attached partition panel. can do well.
