Conventionally, cloth-covered panels such as screens or partition panels have been made by covering the panel with a decorative cloth material and gluing the peripheral edge or the entire surface of the panel, or by pinning it around the panel or on the back of the panel. It was stuck by doing something like this. Furthermore, the installation of the panel to the panel frame is as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 12186/1973.
The panel is detachably attached by fitting or locking a locking piece such as a spring piece provided on the inner surface of the panel into a mounting bracket or a stopper hole provided on the panel frame.

However, with conventional cloth-covered panels such as those mentioned above, in order to adhere the cloth beautifully to the panel without wrinkles, the cloth has to be stretched by pulling the periphery of the cloth. The work is difficult because the cloth must be glued or pinned under tension, and especially when pasting by gluing, the cloth must be temporarily secured until the glue dries and the cloth is completely fixed to the panel. Not only does it have to be kept in place, but it also needs to be firmly glued to prevent the cloth from peeling off from the edges, and when re-upholstering, it is time-consuming to remove the original cloth, making it difficult to re-upholster the cloth. Ta. In addition, when attaching a panel to a panel frame, it is easy to attach and detach the panel and panel frame if the panel is attached to the mounting bracket or stopper hole of the panel frame using a locking piece provided on the panel. When only the retaining pieces are attached, rattling is likely to occur, and even when a spring body is used, if the spring body weakens with use, there are problems such as rattling between the panel and the panel frame.

The panels 3 to be attached to both sides of the panel frame 2 are plates made of wood or synthetic resin that are shaped to cover the panel frame 2, and the panels 3 on the back side of the plate are provided with frames on both sides as panel attachment members for the panel frame 2. Panel 3 serves as the other panel mounting member corresponding to the stop holes 14 provided in 4 and 4.
When the panel frame 2 is attached to the panel frame 2, a locking piece 13 having a shape that can be inserted through the circular insertion opening at the top of the stopper hole 14 is inserted into the stopper hole 14 at a position corresponding to the stopper hole 14 of the panel frame 2. The locking piece 13 has a shape that can be inserted into the lower locking elongated hole, and the locking piece 13 is inserted into the locking hole 14.
The neck portion 1 has a length that allows a gap to be formed between the panel 3 and the outer surface of the panel frame 2 when the panel 3 is locked.
5, and grooves are vertically bored in parallel to the outer contours of both side ends of the panel 3 at positions outside the protruding position of the locking pieces 13 on both side edges of the back surface of the panel 3. Further, in the upper and lower edges, horizontal grooves are bored that are continuous with the vertical grooves and parallel to the outline of the upper and lower ends of the panel 3 to form continuous cross-locking grooves 16 along the outer periphery of the panel. The method of attaching the above-described panel 3 and panel frame 2 is not limited to the above-described embodiment. Often, for example, between the vertical frames 4, 4 on both sides or the upper and lower frames 5,
A horizontal or vertical rod may be installed between the panels 6 and a mounting member may be provided at a position corresponding to the horizontal or vertical rod on the panel. Also,
The panel 3 is coated with a decorative cloth material 17 that covers the surface of the panel 3 and is folded back to the back surface of the panel 3 so that its end can face the cross locking groove 16 formed on the back surface of the panel 3. 3, the four side ends of the cloth material 17 are folded back to the back surface of the panel 3 to face the cross locking groove 16, and the cloth material 17 is placed between the top of the cloth material 17 and the cross locking groove 16. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the bent part 1 has a pointed shape toward the tip, and has a shape that can fit into the cross-locking groove 16 in a substantially tight-fitting state in a pinched state.
The locking part 18 of the cross locking member 20 is inserted into the locking part 18 made of synthetic resin or the like in the shape of 8' and connected with the head 19 made of an elastic member such as soft synthetic resin. The locking portion 18 allows the cross member 17 to
By pushing into the locking groove 16, the cloth material 1
7 is stretched from all four sides to keep the cloth material 17 on the surface of the panel 3 in a tensioned state and attached to the panel 3. Here, the cross locking member 2
The head 19 of the head 19 is formed by the gap formed between the panel 3 and the panel frame 2 when the panel 3 is attached to the panel frame 2, that is, the length of the neck 15 of the locking piece 13 protruding from the panel 3 and the square tubular shape. Since the height of the cross-locking member head 19 is greater than the difference in wall thickness between the panel frame 2 and the panel frame 2, when the panel 3 to which the cross material 17 is attached is attached to the panel frame 2, the height of the cross-locking member head 19 is greater than the height difference between the panel 3 and the panel frame 2. The gap between the panel 3 and the frame 2 is larger than the gap between the panel 3 and the frame 2, and the gap between the panel 3 and the frame 2 is further narrowed due to the thickness of the cloth material 17 that is folded back to the back of the panel 3 and is locked with a locking member 17. The locking member head 19 is elastically pressed by the elasticity of the head 19 itself and the elasticity of the cloth material 17 and is interposed between the panel 3 and the panel frame 2 in a flat state. Not only can rattling between the frame 2 and the panel 3 be prevented, but the head 19 of the cross locking member 20 is pressed toward the panel 3 by the panel frame 2, so the head 19 firmly holds the cross material 17. This also has the effect of making the cloth material 17 more securely secured to the panel 3. Further, if the locking part 18 of the locking member 20 is shaped so that the tip is pointed and has the bent part 18', the locking groove 16 together with the cross material 17 can be used.
This allows the cloth material 17 to be easily inserted into the panel 3, and prevents the cloth material 17 from slipping and causing wrinkles in the cloth material 17 on the surface of the panel 3. In addition, the cloth material 17 can be attached to the panel 3 by covering the surface of the panel 3 with or without an adhesive.
By simply folding back the peripheral edge of the panel 3 to the back surface of the panel 3 and locking it in the locking groove 16 with the cross locking member 20, the cloth material 17 can not only be reliably attached to the panel 3 without wrinkles. If adhesive is used, the cross retaining member 20 serves as a temporary fix, so there is no need to wait for the adhesive to dry completely, and if adhesive is not used, the pasted cross material 17 When removing it for re-upholstering, it can be easily removed by simply removing the locking member 20 from the locking groove 16, and even if adhesive is used, even if an adhesive with relatively weak adhesive strength is used, the If there is no fear that the material 17 will peel off from the edge and the adhesive strength of the adhesive is weak, it will be easy to remove the cloth material 17 from the panel 3 when replacing the cloth material 17, and it will be extremely easy to replace the cloth material 17, and the cloth material 17 will not get dirty or torn. Not only can you change the upholstery when the panels are installed, or change the appearance according to the purpose of the panel, but you can also easily attach the panel 3 to the panel frame 2 by simply locking the locking pieces 13 into the locking holes 14. Not only can the panel 3 and panel frame 2 be attached and detached, but the locking member head 19 for locking the cloth material made of the elastic member described above is interposed between the panel 3 and the panel frame 2 in a pressed state, so that the panel 3 and the panel frame 2 can be attached and removed. This allows the frame 2 to be reliably attached without any wobbling.

A groove is formed in the vertical direction on both side edges of the plate body, a groove is formed in the horizontal direction on the upper and lower side edges, and a gap is formed between the plate body and the panel frame at a position inside the vertical and horizontal grooves. and a decorative cloth material having a shape that covers the surface of the panel and reaches the groove of the panel when the end is folded back to the back surface of the panel. Then, the cloth material is placed between the panel groove and the head made of an elastic member whose height is larger than the gap between the panel and the panel frame when the panel is attached to the panel frame using the panel mounting member. It consists of a cross locking member having a protruding locking part that can be clamped and fitted in a substantially tight fit state, the panel surface is covered with a decorative cloth material, and the ends of the cloth material are covered with a decorative cloth material. The panel is folded back to the back side of the panel and locked in the panel groove using a cross locking member, and the cross member is tautly attached to the panel frame, and the panel is attached to the panel frame using the panel mounting member. There is a similar effect. In other words, attaching the cloth material to the panel can be done extremely easily by simply folding the periphery of the cloth material back to the back of the panel and locking the end to the groove on the back of the panel using the locking member. The cloth material can be easily peeled off from the panel by simply removing the locking member, and it is also extremely easy to replace the cloth material. Moreover, since the end of the cloth material attached to the panel is tightly fitted into the panel groove together with the locking portion of the locking member, the cloth material is pulled from its periphery, causing wrinkles on the panel surface. It can be applied beautifully without wrinkling. Further, the panel can be easily attached to the panel frame by simply locking attachment members provided on the panel frame and the panel to each other. Moreover, the head of the locking member made of an elastic member and the cross member pressed against the back surface of the panel by the head are interposed between the panel frame and the panel that are attached to each other. Since the head of the locking member is larger than the gap between the panel frame and the panel, the head of the locking member and the cross member act as a buffer between the panel frame and the panel. To ensure that the mounting condition between a panel frame and a panel is free from rattling. Moreover, in this panel-mounted state, the head of the locking member is pressed by the panel frame and panel as described above, pressing the end of the cloth material against the back surface of the panel.
The state in which the cloth material is attached by the locking member becomes even stronger and more reliable, and it is possible to prevent the cloth material from being wrinkled on the panel surface and furthermore from peeling off.
