この考案は、黒板拭きにおいて、その拭き布を
簡単な操作で交換できるようにした黒板拭きに関
するものである。

板にクツシヨン材を貼着し、このクツシヨン材を
拭き布で被覆し、その端部を基板側またはクツシ

前記した欠点を解消するために、「布とりかえ
用黒板拭き」（実開昭58−168492号公報参照）、
「布とりかえ用黒板拭きの持ち手」（実開昭58−
168493号公報参照）等が開発されているが、これ
らはクツシヨン材を被覆したベルベツト等の高価
な拭き布を、基板の上部から被せる上蓋により巻
き込んで固着する構成である。したがつて、上蓋
にかくれて拭き布として使用されない無駄な部分
が多過ぎ、また上蓋という別の部材が必要となつ
てコスト高となるという欠点があつた。
また、「ホワイトボード消し」（実開昭62−
102694号公報参照）、「湿布式黒板刷き」（実開昭
51−38936号公報参照）、「清拭用クリーナー」（実
開昭57−105053号公報参照）、「黒板拭き」（実開
昭48−21744号公報参照）等、クツシヨン材の表
面に拭き布を被覆し、基板の長手方向に着脱自在
としたものや、拭き布を溝に対して着脱自在とし
たものもあつたが、いずれにしても使用時に持ち
やすく、拭き布が着脱しやすい上に、クツシヨン
材からチヨークの粉等が放散してしまうことのな
い黒板拭きではなかつた。

ともに、拭き布の長手方向両端にクツシヨン材の
端部を覆う目隠し部を延設し、面フアスナーで基
板に取り付けることにより、必要に応じて上記拭
き布を交換可能にした黒板拭きを提供することを
目的として開発したものである。

端部には、縁どり加工部５が形成されている。
上記拭き布３の縁どり加工は、通常拭き布３の
端部にＵ字形断面の金属板１１を挟着することに
よつて行なわれる。勿論、プラスチツク板を使用
したり、合成樹脂を浸透させて硬化させたりする
ことによつて代えてもよい。
４は、縁どり加工部５を受ける金具で、第１図
のように基板１とクツシヨン材２の貼着部に形成
するか、第２図のように基板１を厚めにして基板
１の中程に設けるかした、長手方向に平行な一対
の装着溝６に埋設されている。この金具４は、長
手方向に装着溝６と等しい長さを有し、開口部が
幾分狭く、断面がほぼＵ字形状を有している。そ
して、拭き布３の縁どり加工部５を着脱自在に嵌
合収納して固定することができる。なおこの金具
４は、一定の硬度を有するプラスチツクで代用す
ることができる。
拭き布３の長手方向端部には、クツシヨン材２
の端部を覆う目隠し部１２が延設され、面フアス
ナー１３により基板１に着脱自在に取付けられて
いる。この目隠し部１２は、基板１に固着してお
くことにより、拭き布３に付着したチヨークの粉
を除去する過程で、拭き布３にシワが寄るのを防
ぐ効果がある。
また、クツシヨン材２の端部を覆つてチヨーク
の粉の飛散を防いだり、見た目を良くする効果も
ある。

部を外したのち硬度の縁どり加工部を外したり、
その逆の手順で拭き布を取り付けたりする操作が
非常に簡単である。
