Description
【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0014]
The cleaning cloth of the present invention is a cleaning cloth in which a nonwoven fabric is formed into a cylindrical shape, and includes a flap around the peripheral surface portion or the opening.
[0015]
As the non-woven fabric, a non-woven fabric made of a fiber material having excellent dust absorption and wear resistance is particularly preferably used. Examples of preferable nonwoven fabrics having such properties include spunlace nonwoven fabrics, spunbond nonwoven fabrics, suction nonwoven fabrics, point bond nonwoven fabrics, and melt blown nonwoven fabrics.
[0016]
When the nonwoven fabric is formed into a cylindrical shape, it may be formed from a single nonwoven fabric or may be formed from two or more nonwoven fabrics. Further, the two openings provided by forming the nonwoven fabric into a cylindrical shape do not necessarily have the same size.
[0017]
The said flap uses the edge part of the nonwoven fabric formed in a cylinder shape, cuts the said edge part to a predetermined shape, or forms a notch | incision. For example, when providing a flap in a peripheral surface part, while bonding a nonwoven fabric and providing a bonding part, a non-bonding part is provided in the outer side, and the said non-bonding part is made into a flap so that it may mention later. Moreover, when providing a flap around an opening part, the edge part of the nonwoven fabric located around the said opening part is cut into a predetermined shape, or it cuts and forms.
[0018]
The bonding portion formed by bonding the nonwoven fabric can be provided by sewing as well as by various sealing methods. When providing a bonding part by the sealing method, desired strength can be obtained by setting the width to 20 mm to 0.1 mm, preferably 10 mm to 1 mm. As the sealing method, an ultrasonic sealing method, a sealing method using a hot melt adhesive, a heat sealing method, or the like can be employed. The seal pattern in the case of forming the bonded portion by these sealing methods is not particularly limited, but preferred seal patterns include, for example, seal patterns such as solid, stripe, and dot. Moreover, when providing a bonding part by a sewing, it is preferable to employ | adopt the normal sewing method used by a sewing machine etc.
[0019]
Moreover, the width | variety of the non-bonding part provided in the outer side of a bonding part shall be 1 mm-50 mm from the peripheral part of a nonwoven fabric, Preferably, it is 5 mm-30 mm when providing a bonding part by the said sealing method. If the width is narrower than 1 mm, the object to be cleaned is easily damaged by the sealed bonded portion, and the dust absorbing effect at the non-bonded portion is almost eliminated. It ’s hard to clean because I ’ve lost my waist. Moreover, when providing the said bonding part by the said sewing, it is 1 mm-50 mm from the peripheral part of a nonwoven fabric, Preferably you may be 5 mm-30 mm. When it is narrower than 1 mm, the suture thread is easily frayed, and the dust absorbing effect of the non-bonded portion is lost. When it exceeds 50 mm, the waist of the non-bonded portion is lost and it becomes difficult to clean.
[0020]
The non-bonded portion is preferably provided on the outer side corresponding to the bonded portion. In addition, although it is preferable to provide a non-bonding part corresponding to a bonding part, you may provide it in a part of the outer side of a bonding part. Although the form of the outer edge part of this bonding part is not specifically limited, For example, in order to attach dust etc. effectively, it is set as the form cut into the continuous mountain shape (sawtooth shape). It is effective.
[0023]
As described above, the opening provided by forming the nonwoven fabric into a cylindrical shape is provided with closing means for closing part or all of any one of the openings. Examples of the closing means include a tape with a fastener (for example, registered trademark “magic tape”, etc., the same shall apply hereinafter), a mechanical hook, and an adhesive tape having adhesive layers on both front and back surfaces. The tape with the fastener is preferable in that it is difficult to damage the hand or the head part when it is not closed. The location of the closing means is not particularly limited as long as it is a location where the other opening can be closed with the hand or the head portion inserted from one opening, but the front of the location to be closed is the hand. Alternatively, since the force of the head portion is difficult to be transmitted and is difficult to be used effectively, the vicinity of the opening (the opening on the front end side) is preferable.
[0024]
In addition, providing at least one slit at the opening of the cleaning cloth is effective in facilitating the attachment / detachment of the cleaning cloth. In this case, the length of the slit is preferably about 10 mm to 70 mm.
[0025]
The cleaning tool according to the present invention is composed of the cleaning cloth according to the present invention and a handle having a head portion on which the cleaning cloth is mounted at the tip.
[0026]
The head portion is preferably composed of a flexible material, and as such a flexible material, a sponge-like porous flexible material or a rubber-like flexible material having a C hardness of 1 to 1 is used. 60, preferably 20-35. Here, the C hardness is a hardness measured with an Asuka-rubber hardness meter C type based on SRIS (Japan Rubber Association Standard) 0101. When the C hardness of the flexible material is less than the lower limit of the above range, the tip of the head part that deforms according to the form of the object to be cleaned is easily sagged, and sticky dirt cannot be removed satisfactorily. In addition, if the C hardness of the flexible material exceeds the upper limit of the above range, the adhesion to the object to be cleaned will deteriorate, and sufficient cleaning will not be possible, the object to be cleaned will be damaged, and the cleaning cloth will be torn during cleaning. It becomes easy.
[0027]
When the head part is made of a sponge-like porous flexible material, it is particularly preferable to use a porous flexible material made of a soft foamed synthetic resin having excellent durability. Examples of preferable porous flexible materials having such properties include synthetic resins such as foamed polyethylene and foamed polyurethane.
[0028]
In addition, when the head part is made of a porous flexible material made of a synthetic resin as described above, the surface smoothness is improved so that the cleaning cloth can be smoothly attached and detached. The surface treatment is preferably performed so as to suppress discoloration. Examples of such a method for improving the surface smoothness include, for example, melt processing (processing method for improving the surface smoothness), mold coat processing, and the like, and examples of the surface treatment method for suppressing discoloration. Examples of the processing method include in-mold coating, kneading of an anti-yellowing agent, and coating.
[0029]
Further, the head portion is provided with a taper so that the thickness is reduced as it proceeds to the tip portion, or a taper is provided so that the thickness of the side portion is reduced as it progresses in the width direction (for example, the cross-sectional shape is reduced to a level). It is preferable to provide it in a shape or a convex lens shape. By adopting such a configuration, the cleaning cloth is brought into close contact with the corner portion or the corner portion by pressing the thinned tip portion or side edge portion. Therefore, it is possible to reliably clean these portions where dust and the like tend to collect. Moreover, although it is preferable that the lower surface part (bottom surface part) of a head part is flat, you may provide an unevenness | corrugation in part or the whole surface.
[0030]
The handle has a head portion that can be attached to the front end portion and a grip portion at the rear end portion, so that the grip portion becomes higher than the head portion when the head portion is attached. A curved or bent one is preferable. The handle is preferably composed of a handle body having a grip portion and a mounting member having a portion for mounting the head portion, and these can be assembled and disassembled.
[0031]
The handle may be configured to be either stretchable or non-stretchable. However, when the handle is bent or bent as described above, the handle portion can be stretched. In addition, it is preferable to be able to be locked at a predetermined position, or to allow the portion to which the head portion is mounted to be extendable and lockable at a predetermined position.
[0032]
The handle is preferably made of vinyl chloride, polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, aluminum or an alloy thereof, wood or bamboo because it is lightweight, strong and low cost.
[0033]
The head part or the handle is provided with a fixing part for fixing the vicinity of the opening (rear opening) of the cleaning cloth attached to the head part. The fixing portion is preferably arranged so that it can be fixed at the same portion in the vicinity of the opening of the cleaning cloth when the cleaning cloth is first attached and when it is turned over.
[0034]
When the fixing part is provided on the handle, an exposure opening or a notch is provided on the upper and lower side surfaces of the head part in the vicinity of the opening of the cleaning cloth attached to the head part. It is preferable to provide the fixed portion provided on the handle from the opening or the notch. In particular, as described above, when the handle is composed of the handle body and the mounting member, the fixing portion is preferably disposed on the mounting member.
Further, when the fixing portion is provided on the flexible material constituting the head portion, a concave portion is provided at a position facing the vicinity of the opening portion of the cleaning cloth attached to the head portion on the upper and lower side surfaces of the head portion. It is preferable to provide a fixing part inside.
[0035]
The form of the fixing part is not particularly limited as long as it can reliably fix the vicinity of the opening of the cleaning cloth. For example, a flexible slit that forms a radial slit called chrysanthemum is used. One provided with a plurality of pieces, one provided with a tape with a fastener, or provided with a clamping plate provided with a fitting recess and a fitting projection corresponding to the fitting recess via a hinge, etc. There are various forms.
[0036]
Further, in order to fix the cleaning cloth to the head portion, the cleaning cloth may be fixed to the head portion by using a closing means of the cleaning cloth without providing the fixing portion on the handle.
[0037]
The handle and the head portion may be fixed so as not to be removable, or may be removable. In addition, the head portion is preferably provided so that it can be turned upside down with respect to the handle (the handle main body) in a state where the head portion is attached to the handle. In the case of using a member, the head unit can be rotated around a horizontal axis and locked at a predetermined angle with the head unit mounted on the handle, and the head unit can be turned upside down with respect to the handle body. It is preferable to provide as described above. In addition, the handle body uses a well-known multi-joint mechanism that can be locked at a predetermined angle so that the height of the head can be moved up and down with respect to the gripping part, depending on the height of the head. The hand grip part may be reversed. As described above, when the head portion is mounted on the handle, if the head portion is provided so as to be turned upside down, switching between the unused surface and the used surface can be easily performed, and the cleaning cloth can be used without waste. Effective above.
[0038]
In the cleaning tool of the present invention, it is preferable that the center of gravity of the cleaning tool is positioned on the head portion in a state where the head portion is mounted on the handle. By positioning the center of gravity of the cleaning tool at the head portion in this way, when the cleaning tool is placed, the rear end of the handle reaches the placement surface, and the leading end of the head rises upward. Can be prevented. Therefore, it is easy to grasp the grip portion in the mounted state, and cleaning can be performed immediately. The method of positioning the center of gravity in the head portion is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a method of making the handle structure a hollow structure and increasing the density of the head portion itself to make it heavier. In particular, making the handle structure hollow is effective in that the handle can be maintained in a thickness that is easy to grip without making the handle thinner, and the overall weight of the cleaning tool can be reduced.
