2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been used a cleaning tool in which a fiber cloth is mounted on a holding plate, and cleaning is performed with a support arm connected to the holding plate. FIG. 1 shows an example of such a conventional cleaning tool. The cleaning tool 1 is wound around the surface of the holding plate 2, and a cleaning cloth 6 such as a nonwoven fabric is fixed to a surface 4 opposite to the cleaning surface 3 by a fixing tool 5 such as a screw. A support arm 7 is attached to the surface 4 of the holding plate 2 via a shaft supporting means 8 that rotatably supports the holding plate 2. Even when the angle of the support arm 7 changes, the cleaning cloth 6 is attached. Cleaning surface 3 always comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned. Then, by moving the support arm 7 back and forth and left and right, dust on the surface to be cleaned is removed.
Dust and the like are taken in between the fibers of the cleaning cloth 6 and removed.

According to the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a cleaning unit having a cleaning surface, a support arm provided with a gripper, and a cleaning surface of the cleaning unit opposite to the cleaning surface are provided. A cleaning tool having a support means for supporting the support arm on a surface of the cleaning tool, wherein a cleaning surface of the cleaning unit is composed of an adhesive surface and a cleaning cloth surface, and the adhesive surface and the cleaning cloth surface are covered. A stopper for stopping the movement of the grip portion is provided on the shaft supporting means so that the surface can be individually contacted with the cleaning surface, and the support arm is inclined within a predetermined angle range with respect to the surface on which the shaft supporting means is provided. In this case, the surface of the cleaning cloth can abut against the surface to be cleaned, and when the support arm is inclined at a predetermined angle or more with respect to the surface provided with the shaft support means, the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface is The surface to be cleaned can be contacted.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is a side view showing one embodiment of the cleaning tool of the present invention. The cleaning tool 9 shown in FIG. 2 includes a cleaning unit 10 having a cleaning surface 13 and a support arm 11 having a grip 16.
And a support means 12 for supporting the support arm on a surface of the cleaning unit 10 opposite to the cleaning surface 13.
The cleaning unit 10 is configured such that an elastic body 15 is fixed to a holding plate 14 by fitting or bonding, and a cleaning surface 13 is provided on a bottom surface of the elastic body 15. The cleaning surface 13 is made up of an adhesive surface 17 and a cleaning cloth surface 18. The shaft support means 12 is provided with a stopper 19 for stopping the movement of the grip 16.

The holding plate 14 is made of, for example, a hard plastic such as an ABS resin, and the elastic body 15 is made of an elastic material such as, for example, rubber or urethane foam. As the cleaning cloth 18, in addition to the nonwoven fabric conventionally used for cleaning tools, a woven cloth or a knitted cloth such as a rag can be used. The adhesive surface 17 only needs to be capable of adhering dust or the like having a certain size or more. For example, the adhesive surface 17 is formed by applying an adhesive or attaching an adhesive tape. The cleaning cloth and the adhesive surface are preferably replaceable, and more preferably the cleaning cloth and the adhesive surface are separately replaceable.

The support arm 11 can be freely tilted within the range of the angle θ. However, if the support arm 11 is to be tilted beyond this angle θ, the movement of the support arm is restrained by the presence of the stopper, and Can not be tilted. When the support arm 11 is further inclined against the stopping action of the stopper 19, as shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning unit 10 is inclined according to the inclination of the support arm 11, and as a result, the cleaning cloth surface 18 is cleaned. Separated from surface 20, adhesive surface 1
7 comes into surface contact with the surface 20 to be cleaned.

As described above, fine dust and the like can be captured and removed between the fibers on the cleaning cloth surface 18, but dust having a certain size or more is captured on the cleaning cloth surface 18. I can't. Therefore, the cleaning cloth surface 18 is usually used, and when it is intended to catch large debris collected by the cleaning cloth surface 18, the support arm is inclined so that the adhesive surface 17 is brought into contact with the surface to be cleaned. Let it abut,
This large dust can be removed by attaching it to the adhesive surface.

The switching between the cleaning cloth surface 18 and the adhesive surface 17 can be easily performed during the cleaning work by simply changing the inclination angle of the support arm. Also, while the cleaning cloth surface 18 is in contact with the surface to be cleaned,
Since the surface of the adhesive is not in contact with the surface to be cleaned, the surface of the cleaning cloth can freely slide on the surface to be cleaned, and its movement is not hindered.

The cleaning cloth surface and the adhesive surface are, for example, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the adhesive 22 was applied to a predetermined position of the nonwoven fabric 21 such that the adhesive surface and the cleaning cloth surface were arranged at predetermined positions on the bottom surface of the elastic body 15 when held by the cleaning unit 10. It may be formed as an integral structure and fixed to the cleaning unit. With such a configuration, the adhesive surface and the cleaning cloth surface can be exchanged. This adhesive part 22
May be covered with a peelable protective sheet 23, and when covered, the protective sheet is peeled off at the time of use to form an adhesive surface. In addition, by forming a non-woven fabric or the like coated with this adhesive in a laminated structure,
When the cleaning effect is reduced, the cleaning effect can be maintained by peeling the outermost layer.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the elastic body 15 provided with the adhesive surface 17 and the elastic body 15 provided with the cleaning cloth surface 18 are composed of separate members, and these are fixed to the holding plate 14. This may form the cleaning cloth surface and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface. As described above, by separately configuring the cleaning cloth surface and the adhesive surface, the cleaning cloth surface and the adhesive surface can be individually replaced, and only a dirty portion can be replaced.

Evaluation of cleaning property Bread crumbs 0.3 as dust on flooring (wood floor)
g, a piece of paper 0.2g, and 0.3g of cotton dust, and using the cleaning tool manufactured in the above Examples and Comparative Examples, the cleaning cloth surface was brought into surface contact with the flooring, and passed through each dust once. Thereafter, the support arm was inclined to bring the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface into surface contact with the flooring to capture dust. The dust capturing operation using the adhesive surface was performed three times. Thereafter, the weight of dust adhering to the cleaning cloth surface and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface was measured, and the dust adsorption rate was calculated using a calculation formula shown below to obtain the cleaning property. Note that the cleaning tool of Comparative Example 1 was not provided with an adhesive surface, so that dust was not captured by the adhesive surface.
