In other words, there are natural rock reefs 11 and slopes 12 that cause upwelling currents, and these upwelling currents (arrows) cause dead fish that pile up on these seabeds, riverbeds, and lakebeds, and that breed in rock shadows and slopes. It is said that the microorganisms in the air are blown upwards, and fish find them and use them as food.

Not all rivers, lakes, and other areas had topography or rocky reefs that would create good natural upwelling. Therefore, it is important to provide an artificial upwelling bank that can form an upwelling flow comparable to these natural upwelling flows.
It can be said that the contribution made to the development of the above-mentioned artificial fish and shellfish farming technology is extremely large.

It is moored with a mooring rope 4 to an anchor 3 on the bottom or the lake bottom (hereinafter referred to as the seabed), but as shown in the figure, in the present invention, it is moored at one point, that is, it is substantially moored at one point. It is moored with a real mooring rope 4, and is characterized in that the sheet-like material 1 is moored rotatably against changes in the flow direction of water. This mooring rope 4 can be engaged with one anchor 3 for mooring, for example.
That is, in order to form an effective upwelling flow on the seabed, the above-mentioned buoyant plate or sheet material 1
It is necessary to always orient the surface substantially perpendicularly to the flow direction S of the tidal current (water flow), and for this purpose, it is a requirement that the plate or sheet-like object 1 be moored at one point.

When viewed from the side, the surface of the plate or sheet 1 is inclined in the direction of the resultant force of the buoyant force and the force of the flow.

It is also possible to have a configuration that gives . In addition, we constructed several artificial upwelling banks according to the present invention, with the heights being lower towards the front and higher toward the back of the tidal flow, as shown in Figure 4. By arranging it in a mold, the height of the upwelling flow can be increased.

Figure 2A shows a hollow spherical floating body 6 attached to a plastic plate 5, Figure 2B shows a fabric 8 attached between the floating body 6 and a frame rod 7, and Figure 2C shows a Wings 9 and 10 are installed on both sides of the plate-like body 1 in Figure 2A.
It has been established. As shown in FIG. 2C, when the plates and sheets of the present invention are provided with wings, the stability of the plates and sheets against tidal currents and water currents is improved, and upwelling flow is improved. It gets expensive.
Furthermore, durability is also improved. However, if the longitudinal center of the blades provided on both sides of the plate and sheet is not fixed to both sides of the plate and sheet, the stability in all directions of flow and the air flow will be affected. Does not contribute to improvement in current flow and durability.

According to the present invention, it is possible to form a stable artificial upwelling flow that is no different from a natural upwelling flow at any location (such as the ocean floor or the bottom of a lake). Even if the direction of flow changes, this effect remains the same. Moreover, the artificial upwelling embankment of this invention has excellent mechanical strength, and the parts that make up it, such as plates and sheets, are made of materials that chemically prevent and suppress the adhesion of seaweed and shellfish. The durability of the upwelling bank can be improved by
A stable upwelling effect can be maintained for a long period of time. Furthermore, it can be easily installed by simply throwing it in, has excellent workability, and does not require any expense.
