Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to floats (floats, buoys) used to float and maintain nets and the like attached to fishing nets used in aquaculture, fishing nets used for stationary nets, etc. or ropes tied to breeding fences and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, floats have been widely used to surface and maintain fish shellfish cultivated squid, cultured squid, stationary nets, and the like.
Conventionally, as this kind of float, synthetic resin such as ABS resin, polyethylene, foamed resin, or a part made of iron is used.
In addition, the applicant of the present application has previously proposed an aluminum float having excellent floatability and durability and good recyclability (Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-299075).
[0003]
These floats are often attached to fishing nets, rearing fences, etc. with ropes. Here, when these floats float on the sea for a long time, marine-adherent organisms adhere to and propagate on the surface.
Examples of attached organisms include oysters, barnacles, and algae. However, if these organisms adhere to the surface of the float, the buoyancy of the float will decrease, leading to sedimentation of fishing nets and loosening of ropes.
Therefore, in the past, the current situation was that the floats were landed and scraped off one by one by hand, periodically or when the attachment of organisms became significant.
However, the marine-adherent organisms are landed and dried, and the adhering portion is hardened, and the scraping operation becomes more difficult.
Therefore, a method of applying a special paint for preventing adhesion to the surface of the float (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-65595) or an antifouling rubber cover mixed with a chemical (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-89475) is proposed. However, there are concerns about pollution of the natural environment and effects on the human body due to the food chain.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a result of detailed investigation and research on the biofouling status of the floats currently in use, the applicants of the present application have provided a through-hole in the center of the float, and are attached to this through-hole through a rope. It has become clear that there is a significant difference in the amount of attached organisms such as oysters even though they are used on the same ocean.
Furthermore, when the attachment state of the float was investigated in detail, it was found that there was very little deposit on the float that was loosely attached to the rope and moved well in the direction of rotation of the float.
That is, oysters and the like are attached to a certain part (water, oxygen, light part) at the edge of the float and are grown over time, so that the edge of the float is not always in a fixed position. If it makes it, growth of oysters etc. can be prevented.
[0005]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above survey results and surface currents on the sea (including sea tides, coastal currents, waves, swells, etc.), and has a simple structure with little decrease in buoyancy, marine organisms, etc. The purpose is to provide a float with reduced adhesion.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a float used for maintaining the floating of a fishing net, etc., and having a through hole for passing a rope in the center, the shaft of this through hole. A fly weight for guiding and promoting the rotation of the float was provided inside or near the outside of the outer surface of the float in the direction perpendicular to the direction.
[0007]
Here, the center-through type float having a through-hole for passing a rope through the center means a float of a type that is attached to a net etc. through a rope or the like almost through the center, and has a spherical shape, a camel ball shape, a cylindrical shape, etc. Applies to floats of various shapes.
Further, in the case of the above-described floating type float, various materials such as synthetic resin, iron, aluminum alloy, and titanium alloy are applied as the float material.
[0008]
In the present invention, a rope is provided to the rope by providing a fly weight for inducing and promoting the rotation of the float inside or near the outside surface of the float in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the through hole of the float. If it connects through the through-hole of this, a float can rotate centering | focusing on a rope.
When the fly weight is not provided as in the past, the float was only floating according to the sea level fluctuation, but the floating through hole (rope through hole) of the float was rotated as described above. Thus, since the fly weight is provided so that a rotation moment is applied thereto, the rotation moment is accelerated by the fly weight once the float is rotated by the surface layer flow or the like.
[0009]
Therefore, in the present invention, the purpose of attaching the fly weight to the float is to add a rotational moment with the rope as the rotation axis to the float.
As such a method, it is preferable that the float is formed in a hollow shape, and a small weight is divided into a plurality of portions inside the outer peripheral wall and attached concentrically.
This fly weight may be attached to the outside of the outer surface of the float, but in this case, if the weight is not made thin so that it does not protrude significantly from the surface of the float, it will hit seawater during the rotation of the float and reversely rotate. May be an obstacle.
Further, when the float is formed in a hollow shape, a small fly weight is sufficient while suppressing a decrease in the buoyancy of the float.
When the float is formed into a solid type with foamed resin or the like, a fly weight such as metal may be partially embedded.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the float according to the present invention is attached to a rope.
A through hole (rope through hole) 2 is provided in a substantially central portion of the
As shown in FIG. 2 which is a sectional view of the float in the rotation axis direction,
[0011]
When the float is formed into a hollow shape with aluminum or an aluminum alloy, the fly weight can be easily attached to the inside of the outer peripheral material by welding or the like.
A sectional view of the float in the direction of the rotation axis is shown in FIG. 2, and a sectional view perpendicular to the rotation axis is shown in FIG.
An outer peripheral member (outer wall member) 1a is joined 2b to the
At this time, it is easy to produce the outer peripheral material 1a, for example, by dividing it into two parts and joining 1b at the center.
As shown in FIG. 2, the fly weight is concentrically attached to a plurality of parts.
FIG. 2 (a) is an example in which two parts (3a, 3b) are attached and FIG. 2 (b) is an example attached in three parts (3c, 3d, 3e).
Further, it may be attached in a dot shape (3a) with respect to the direction of the rotation axis as shown in FIG.
The material and the size of the fly weight are selected according to the size of the float so as to further enhance the acceleration effect of the rotational moment while suppressing a decrease in the buoyancy of the float.
Therefore, the position where the fly weight is attached should be as far as possible from the center of rotation.
Therefore, when the float is formed into a hollow shape with an aluminum alloy or the like, the strength is high and a large buoyancy can be easily obtained, and a fly weight made of the same aluminum alloy can be easily attached to the inside of the outer peripheral material by welding or the like.
[0012]
FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of the state of rotation of the float.
On the sea surface, surface currents are generated by ocean currents and winds.
Due to the movement of the sea surface, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), when a rotational force is applied to the
Then, a rotational moment is added by the fly weight, and the rotational force acts on the float more.
Thereby, as shown in FIGS. 4B and 4C, the
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
In a center-through type float that connects a float and a fishing net through a rope at the center, the present invention attaches a fly weight to the inside or outside of the outer surface of the float so that the rotational movement of the float is promoted and Since the float floats easily around the rope while floating, it is possible to suppress biofouling on the surface.
