For example, multi-functional temperature controllers are being developed that have functions to prevent heaters from being damaged due to overheating and to prevent overheating of heating cylinders and the like.

Since it was not a disconnection, it could not be detected by conventional heater damage prevention methods, and the heater remained on until it eventually went out, making it impossible to prevent heater damage. In addition, to prevent overheating of the heating cylinder, etc., it was not possible to tell unless the machine operator or the like saw whether the temperature controller's needle had reached the set value and whether ON-OFF control was being performed.

It was used as a meter. In addition, the calculation result can set the range of the energization tolerance value arbitrarily,
The temperature controller was designed to issue an alarm when the temperature exceeds the allowable range.

Sn/t is close to 100
Approximately 80% of power is on, but the temperature is below the set temperature Ts
When the temperature Ts is reached, it is sufficient to maintain the temperature Ts, and Sn/t becomes approximately 0.5 to 0.6, that is, the conduction rate becomes 50 to 60%.

Also, compared to conventional devices, the response is faster, preventing overheating of the heating cylinder, etc., and preventing damage to the heater due to overheating. Furthermore, it is possible to grasp the heat capacity received from the heating cylinder in order to obtain the characteristics of different materials due to various materials.
