Claims (1)
セパレータとに仕切られたハウジングと、前記フ
イルタ室内に配設されて該フイルタ室を内室と外
室とに仕切るフイルタと、前記隔壁板に設けられ
前記外室と前記ドレンセパレータとを連通させる
連通孔と、前記フイルタ室に設けられ前記内室に
連通するサンプルガス排出口と、前記ドレンセパ
レータに設けられサンプルガスが供給されるサン
プルガス供給口および該ドレンセパレータ内で液
化した水および前記フイルタ室から前記連通孔を
通つて導かれる水をドレンポツトに導く排液口と
を備えたことを特徴とするサンプリング装置。 (2) 内部を隔壁板によつてドレンセパレータと
ドレンポツトとに仕切られたハウジングと、前記
ドレンセパレータに設けられサンプルガスが供給
されるサンプルガス供給口およびサンプルガスを
フイルタ装置に導くサンプルガス排出口と、前記
隔壁板に形成され前記ドレンセパレータとドレン
ポツトを連通させる連通孔と、前記ドレンポツト
に設けられフイルタ装置からの水が導かれる液体
供給口および該ドレンポツト内の水を排出するド
レン口と、前記ドレンポツト内にそれぞれ配設さ
れ上端がそれぞれ前記連通孔および液体供給口に
接続固定され、下端が前記ドレン口より下方に位
置するパイプとを備えたことを特徴とするサンプ
リング装置。 (3) 内部を隔壁板によつてフイルタ室とドレン
ポツトとに仕切られたハウジングと、前記フイル
タ室内に配設されて該フイルタ室を内室と外室と
に仕切るフイルタと、前記隔壁板に設けられ前記
外室と前記ドレンポツトとを連通させる連通孔と
、前記フイルタ室に設けられサンプルガスが供給
されるサンプルガス供給口および前記内室に連通
するサンプルガス排出口と、前記ドレンポツトに
設けられ前記ドレンセパレータで液化した水が導
かれる液体供給口および該ドレンポツト内の水を
排出するドレン口と、前記ドレンポツト内にそれ
ぞれ配設され上端がそれぞれ前記連通孔および液
体供給口に接続固定され、下端が前記ドレン口よ
り下方に位置するパイプとを備えたことを特徴と
するサンプリング装置。 (4) 内部を第1および第2の隔壁板によつてフ
イルタ室、ドレンセパレータおよびドレンポツト
に仕切られたハウジングと、前記フイルタ室内に
配設されて該フイルタ室を内室と外室とに仕切る
フイルタと、前記第1の隔壁板に設けられ前記外
室と前記ドレンセパレータとを連通させる連通孔
と、前記フイルタ室に設けられ前記内室に連通す
るサンプルガス排出口と、前記ドレンセパレータ
に設けられサンプルガスが供給されるサンプルガ
ス供給口と、前記第2の隔壁板に設けられ前記ド
レンセパレータとドレンポツトとを連通させる連
通孔と、前記ドレンポツトに設けられたドレン口
と、前記ドレンポツト内に配設されて上端が前記
第2の隔壁板の連通孔に接続固定され下端が前記
ドレン口より下方に位置するパイプとを備えたこ
