ーシング内に収容された複数のカートリツジフイ
ルタと、上記カートリツジフイルタの外部に設け
られた油入口と、上記カートリツジフイルタの内
部に連通する油出口とを有し、上記脱水器は鉛直
筒状の胴体に、親水加工された繊維層により鉛直
筒状に形成され上記胴体内に収容された複数の膜
カートリツジと、上記膜カートリツジの内部に連
通する油導入口と、上記膜カートリツジの外方上
部に設けられた油排出口と、上記膜カートリツジ
の外方下部に設けられた水排出口とを有すること
