Claims (1)
- 外径測定を行う円形部材が載置される外径測定
台と、この外径測定台を挟み、ここに載置される
円形部材の直径方向の両側位置に対向配置された
一対の光反射型センサとを有し、これらの光反射
型センサのそれぞれは、前記円形部材の外周面に
レーザー光を照射する発光素子と、この外周面か
ら反射したレーザー光を受ける受光素子とを備え
、受け取つたレーザー光の変位に基づき、前記外
周面までの距離を計測可能なレーザー変位計であ
り、これらのレーザー変位計の出力に基づき、前
記円形部材の外径を算出するようになつているこ
とを特徴とする円形部材の外径測定装置。
