Claims (1)
- 基台１に、第１駆動源８で回転される第１回転
部材５を配設し、該第１回転部材５に、その回転
中心から所定の距離だけずれた位置を中心とする
とともに、第２駆動源１０で回転される第２回転
部材１３を配設し、該第２回転部材１３の上面に
被測定物１８を搭載した状態で、前記第１駆動源
８のみを起動した際に前記被測定物１８に一定加
速度が、また第１駆動源８および第２駆動源１０
を起動した際、前記被測定物１８に周期加速度が
作用することを特徴とする加速度発生装置。
