Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】コネクターを保持する保持部と、コネクタ
ーへのコードの挿入圧接機構と、接続されたコードとコ
ネクターとの接続検査部とを有するコードとコネクター
の圧接機において、周上周方向に複数のコネクターを保
持する保持部を等間隔に配置した回転可能なホルダと、
このホルダの軸に離隔して配置した偏心軸上にそれぞれ
位相を異にして設けられた複数の偏心部材、この偏心部
材に基部が枢着され先端に挿入圧接部が形成された複数
の押圧部材を有する挿入圧接機構とを備え、前記ホルダ
の一回転中に前記複数の押圧部材によりコネクター内の
コードの所定個所をコネクターに対して段階的に圧接可
能とするとともに圧接済のコードとコネクターが検査部
に正対して接続検査をおこなうようにしたことを特徴と
するコードとコネクターの圧接機。
Claim 1: A cord and connector pressure welding machine having a holding part for holding the connector, a pressure welding mechanism for inserting the cord into the connector, and a connection inspection part for connecting the connected cord and the connector, in the upper circumferential direction. A plurality of eccentric members are provided at different phases on eccentric shafts arranged apart from each other on the axis of the holder, and a plurality of pressing members whose bases are pivotally attached to the eccentric members and whose tips are formed with insertion press-contact parts and an insertion pressure welding mechanism having an insertion pressure welding mechanism, which allows predetermined portions of the cord in the connector to be pressed against the connector in stages by the plurality of pressing members during one rotation of the holder, and inspects the pressed cord and connector. A pressure welding machine for cords and connectors, characterized in that the connection is inspected by directly facing the parts.
