Last 2 with attached and sliding surface 31.3 at the toe part
1 is inclined in the direction of the toe part 11 of the cover 1 and can be opened and closed, and the toe edge part 51 can be moved up and down.
A toe roll-up portion 4 is formed to be flexible, and a toe roll-up portion 4 is thinly formed on the molded surface 50 along the shape of the toe portion 11 of the toe cover 1.
After introducing a specified amount of foamable liquid polyurethane 6' into the enlarged primary mold cavity 0 formed by the bottom mold 5 having a vulcanized rubber grounding bottom 4 set therein, the bottom mold Raise the lead 5 and remove the toe edge 5.
1 is bent inward along the sliding surface 31 of the side mold, and a foamed polyurethane midsole 6 is laminated between the sleeve 1 and the ground sole 4, and the The toe roll-up part 41, which is thinly formed along the shape of the toe part 11, is rolled up by the rising pressure of the bottom mold 5 and the deflection pressure of the toe edge part 51 when forming the secondary mold cavity 0'. The gist of the invention is a direct molding method for shoes, which is characterized by directly press-fitting the toe portion 11.

The configured split mold may be fixed to the bottom mold body, or
Alternatively, the toe edge portion 51 may be formed of a split metal type, which is flexibly supported on the bottom mold body via an elastic material such as a spring. When the toe edge portion 51 is made of a resilient material, flexibility can be promoted by providing grooves 511, 511 in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the toe edge portion 51.

When setting the vulcanized rubber ground sole 4 in the bottom mold 5, it is fitted into the groove 51 formed on the upper periphery of the bottom mold, and when forming the secondary mold cavity 0', the side mold 3. If it is pressed against the bottom surface of 3, the midsole molding material will be in contact with the ground sole 6 when foam molding the midsole 6.
No intrusion into the sides or the ground surface side. Moreover, this burr 43 can be removed by opening the mold in a conventional manner after molding the midsole 6, and removing the molded shoe from the last.
By removing it with a knife, grinder, etc., a shoe sole with a good appearance consisting of a laminate of the midsole 6 and the ground sole 4 can be obtained.

ある。In the present invention, an adhesive may be applied and dried in advance on the inner surface 411 of the toe roll-up portion 41 of the grounding sole 4, that is, on the contact surface with the toe portion 11 of the shoe cover 1. When the foamable liquid polyurethane 6' is introduced into the primary mold cavity 0 by a casting method or an injection method, the liquid polyurethane 6' is applied to the toe roll-up portion 4 of the grounding bottom 4.
If the casting position or injection pressure is set so that the liquid polyurethane 6' adheres to the inner surface 411 of the toe roll-up portion 41 of the grounding sole 4, the liquid polyurethane 6'
This is convenient because it serves as an adhesive for the toe portion 11 of the shoe cover 1.

When the bottom mold 5 is raised, the toe edge portion 51 of the bottom mold slides onto the sliding surface 31 at the toe portion of the bottom mold.
31, the toe part 1 of the yoke 1 due to its flexibility
The toe edge portion 51 of the bottom mold is inclined in one direction.
The toe roll-up part 41 of the grounding sole 4 set in the bottom mold is caused by the rising pressure of the bottom mold and the deflection pressure of the toe edge part 51 to cause the toe roll-up part 41 of the grounding sole 4 to roll up to the toe part 11 of the toe cover 1.
The liquid polyurethane foam 6'
is foamed and hardened, and a foamed midsole 6 is laminated between the shoe cover 1 and the ground sole 4.
