Thereafter, a method has been proposed in which the convex mold d' is punched out using a blade e' provided so as to surround it. However, in this conventional method, during the punching operation, the designed part a1 ' on the ground surface of the bottom material a' is on the back side and cannot be visually perceived. This made it impossible to check the quality or perform alignment based on the design area, which was inconvenient for work. In addition, the unevenness on the back surface constituting the design section creates a large frictional resistance during feeding of the bottom material on the workbench, causing a lack of smoothness in feeding the bottom material. Furthermore, in the conventional method, the second
As shown in the figure, the punched hole f' remaining in the bottom material a' gradually becomes wider as it goes inward, so when punching out subsequent items, it is necessary to make the gap g' somewhat larger for safety reasons. There is also the disadvantage that the loss of material a' becomes large.
Furthermore, since the sole has a complicated planar shape, it is not easy to form a convex shape with such a complicated planar shape, and there is also the drawback that the manufacturing cost of the mold stand is high. Furthermore, in the conventional method, punching is performed from the non-contact surface side, so burrs are likely to occur on the contact surface side, that is, around the periphery of the contact surface where a sharp contour is particularly required for the product.
This results in disadvantages such as deterioration of appearance and quality or the need for complicated steps such as deburring.

る可撓性ある履物底材の傾斜打抜き装置に係る。 The present invention was made with the aim of eliminating all of these conventional drawbacks. Specifically, the present invention provides a mold table having a mold hole for molding the sole of footwear, and a design portion on the mold table on the upper surface. It is equipped with a box-shaped blade that is press-fitted into the mold hole of the mold table in order to punch out a desired part of the flexible footwear sole material placed so that it is exposed. , a pushing device is provided for pushing the required part of the footwear sole material into the mold hole of the mold stand, and the pushing device is approximately on the same plane as the cutting edge of the box-shaped blade or protrudes slightly below this. The present invention relates to an inclined punching device for flexible footwear sole material, characterized in that the device is comprised of a pressing member having a slanted shape, and an elastic support member that supports the pressing member within a box-shaped blade.

is made of rubber, for example, and the mold cavity 2 is formed by punching. Of course, the mold stand 1 may be made of materials other than rubber, such as plastic, wood, or metal. The depth of the mold hole 2 is not particularly limited, as long as the bottom material a placed on the mold table 1 (see Figure 5) has a depth that allows it to be indented to an appropriate depth during punching. good. 3 is a work table for fixing the mold table 1.

The box-shaped blade 4 has a similar shape to the mold cavity 2, and is slightly smaller in size than the mold cavity 2, and when it descends downward, it enters the mold cavity 2 and inserts the bottom material a into the mold cavity 2. Punch out along the shape. The box-shaped blade 4 shown in the figure has a rod 5 for lifting and lowering in the center of the top surface, and via the rod 5,
It is designed to be raised and lowered by a known suitable drive mechanism (not shown).

In the embodiment shown in the figure, the pushing means 6 is provided within the box-shaped blade 4, and has a pressing member 6a that is approximately flush with the cutting edge 4' of the blade 4 or protrudes slightly downward from this.
and an elastic support member 6b that supports the pressing member 6a within the box-shaped blade 4. In the figure, a coil spring is shown as the elastic support member 6b, but an elastic material other than a spring, such as a sponge body having rubber-like elasticity, can be used instead. The planar shape of the pressing member 6a is the box-shaped blade 4.
There is no particular limitation as long as it can move up and down within the blade 4.
Advantageously, it has a planar shape similar to. The lower surface of this pressing member 6a can be formed into a curved convex surface 6a1 as shown in FIG.

FIG. 5 shows the situation immediately before punching. Before the blade 4 starts punching, the lower surface of the pressing member 6a hits the upper surface of the bottom material a, and as the blade 4 descends, the pressing member 6a hits the upper surface of the support member 6b. While sinking into the blade 4 against the spring elasticity, the bottom material a is pressed downward to force it into the mold cavity 2. Therefore, the blade 4 is the bottom material a
is punched out in a pressed curved state as shown in Figure 5, so the sole obtained from this is a4 (see Figure 6).
The sides of the are inclined, and the purpose of inclined punching is achieved. Immediately after punching, the sole a4 is fitted into the blade 4, but the blade 4 is immediately raised to its original position after punching, and at the same time, the pressing member 6a and the supporting member 6b are The shoe sole a 4 inside the blade 4 is automatically pressed from inside the blade 4 because it is automatically restored to its original position by the spring action of the blade 4 .

As the degree of indentation of the sole material a into the mold hole 2 during punching increases, the degree of indentation in the mold hole 2 increases.
When attempting to make the slope of the side surface of the heel portion of a 4 larger than the other side surfaces, a convex-shaped protuberance is added to the heel-corresponding portion 6a' of the pressing member 6a, as shown in FIG. By providing the portion 6a2 , this purpose can be easily achieved. This raised part 6a2 is used, for example, when the heel-corresponding part a2 of the sole material a is thicker than the stepping-corresponding part a3 , as shown in FIG. 7, and a larger pressing force is required. It is also effective for FIG. 8 shows the situation when the bottom material a shown in FIG. 7 is pressed into a bay. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing an example of the mold stand 1,
In this mold stand 1, the toe portion 2a of the mold hole 2 is missing. Such a mold stand 1 is effective, for example, when it is not desired to impart an inclination to the side surface of the toe portion of a punched shoe sole.

Therefore, during punching work, it is possible to visually capture the design area a 1 , and there is an advantage that it is possible to visually check the appearance quality of the design area a 1 and to easily perform alignment using the design area a 1 as a standard. It will be done. In addition, since the back side of the bottom material a is a smooth surface, the frictional resistance during the feeding operation of the bottom material a is reduced, making it easier to carry out the feeding operation smoothly. Furthermore, since the sole material a is punched from the design part a1 side of the contact surface, there is no burr on the periphery of the contact surface of the resulting shoe sole a4 , and a high quality product is obtained. As shown in FIG. 6, the remaining punched holes f have an inclination that is away from the diagonally inward inclination h (shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 6), so the punching interval g
can be made as small as possible, and loss of the bottom material a can be reduced. Furthermore, since the mold hole 2 of the mold stand 1 can be easily formed by punching, there is an advantage that the manufacturing cost of the mold stand 1 is low. The device of the present invention can be applied to oblique punching of footwear soles other than shoe soles to obtain the same effect.
