貫通した先端部分がピン逃し穴2lに収容される。

サは、位置決めピンが停止した状態の高さ位置での検出
片を検出し、位置決めピンと基板の位置決め穴との嵌合
状態を監視するもので、位置決めピンが基板の位置決め
穴からずれて該基板の板面に当接した状態を監視する第
1のセンサと、位置決めピンの小径部が基板の位置決め
穴に挿通し、かつその段付部が位置決め穴の口縁に当接
した状態を監視する第2のセンサと、位置決めピンが基
板と無関係に位置決めテーブルのピン逃げ穴に差込まれ
た状態を監視する第3のセンサとからなるものである。

のセンサ1k3は第5図に示すように位置決めピン1e
が基板1bと無関係に位置決めテーブル1aのピン逃し
穴1■に差込まれた高さ位置での監視を行うものである
