(作用)
金型閉鎖時においては、(a)図に示すように、ピン7
は、後方から突出板5が前進(矢印A方向)することに
より突き出されてピン7の先端は固定金型3に突き当た
っており、キャビティ内に溶融樹脂が図示しないゲート
を経て注入され、成形品1が成形される。成形品1がキ
ャビティ内で冷却固化されると(b)図のように、移動
金型4が固定金型3から離反後退し、突出板5が後方(
矢印B方向)に移動することにより、突出板5がピン7
の後端から離れ、ピン7は圧縮コイルばね9の復元力に
より後退し、成形品1のピン孔2から離脱するため、成
形品が冷却収縮を生じても、ピン穴2を拘束する怖れが
