The present invention relates to a construction method for preventing mortar sinking during hardening of cellular concrete (including cement paste, cement mortar, and cement concrete) containing a specific ultra-rapid hardening cement and fine aggregate. Conventionally, in the production of aerated concrete, in addition to the method of using a cement foaming agent, foaming agents such as surfactant-based and protein-based foaming agents are used to create air bubbles, which are then added to cement paste, cement mortar, or cement concrete. The preform method involves mixing, and the premix method involves stirring cement mortar containing a foaming agent to generate air bubbles inside. When such aerated concrete is cast and cured on site, a so-called mortar sinking phenomenon occurs in which the volume of the aerated concrete decreases between the time it is cast and the time it hardens, causing a loss of strength of the concrete. A similar mortar sinking phenomenon also occurs during the manufacture of aerated concrete panels and the like in factories. This mortar sinking phenomenon is thought to be caused by the concrete mixing temperature, cement water reducing agent, type of foaming agent, etc.Especially in summer, the stability of air bubbles is lost and the mortar sinking phenomenon becomes significant. arise. In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have conducted various studies on preventing the mortar sinking phenomenon during hardening of aerated concrete and stably curing the aerated concrete without loss of strength. and calcium sulfoaluminate (11CaO・7Al 2 O 3・
Portland-based ultra-fast hardening cement (hereinafter sometimes referred to as jet cement) containing CaF 2 ) as a fast-hardening component, α-quartz, barium silicate (BaO・SiO 2・H 2 O) as fine aggregates, halloysite and/or
Or barium halloysite (BaO・Al 2 O 3・
0.001 to 10% by weight of ferromagnetic powder to aerated concrete whose main components are a high-strength cement composition containing 3SiO 2 .nH 2 O, where n = 2 to 10) and a foaming agent. After mixing and pouring this aerated concrete into a formwork placed on a horizontal surface,
The present inventors discovered that when the mortar is hardened while a magnetic field is applied from above, the above-mentioned mortar sinking phenomenon does not occur unexpectedly, and the above-mentioned object is effectively achieved, and this has led to the present invention. It is something. The present invention will be explained in more detail below. The method for preventing mortar settlement of cellular concrete according to the present invention is a method for preventing mortar settlement during the hardening of cellular concrete, in which 50 to 80 parts by weight of ordinary Portland cement and calcium sulfoaluminate (11CaO・7Al 2 O 3・CaF 2 ) Portland-based ultra-fast-hardening cement with fast-hardening components
α-quartz, barium silicate (BaO・SiO 2・H 2 O), halloysite and/or barium halloysite (BaO・Al 2 O 3・3SiO2・
0.001 to 10% by weight of ferromagnetic powder based on aerated concrete whose main components are a high-strength cement composition containing 5 to 30 parts by weight of nH 2 O (n = 2 to 10) and a foaming agent. After mixing the materials and casting the aerated concrete into a formwork placed on a horizontal surface, a magnetic field is applied from above to harden the foamed concrete. In this case, the aerated concrete used in the present invention is added to the above-mentioned high-strength cement composition with ordinary foaming agents such as proteins and surfactants (for example, Perfuhomme, Emar D3D (manufactured by Kao Soap Co., Ltd.), Glufoam (Sansan), etc.). (manufactured by Orient Co., Ltd.) etc.) and prepared by the preform method or premix method. That is, since the aerated concrete using the above-mentioned high-strength cement composition exhibits a high compressive strength of 900 Kg/cm 2 or more during molding, by using this, an extremely high-strength aerated concrete molded product can be obtained. Here, in the above-mentioned high-strength cement composition, barium silicate is obtained by hydrothermally reacting α-quartz and barium hydroxide, and barium halloysite is obtained by hydrothermally reacting halloysite and barium hydroxide. can get. In addition, in the present invention, a cement water reducer (for example, Mighty 150 (manufactured by Kao Soap Co., Ltd.)), a foaming aid (for example, methylcellulose, Hymetrose (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.)), a grouting agent, and a preventive agent are added to the aerated concrete in the present invention. Components such as a rusting agent, a coloring agent, a waterproofing agent, an organic polymer material, etc. may be appropriately blended. Further, in the present invention, examples of the ferromagnetic powder include iron powder, ferrite powder, and the like.
In addition, it is preferable to use the ferromagnetic powder having a particle size of about 0.2 to 50 μm. In addition, as mentioned above, ferromagnetic powder and granules can be used for aerated concrete.
It is necessary to mix 0.001 to 10% by weight,
More preferably, the content is 0.01 to 1% by weight. In this case, it is particularly preferable to use a blending amount of 0.03% or more for cement paste, and for cement mortar and cement concrete, to suitably increase the blending amount for the same amount of cement paste. Table 1 shows the properties of fine iron powder (manufactured by Mitsui Kinzoku Co., Ltd.) that can be suitably used as the ferromagnetic powder of the present invention.

第2表に示す。[Table] In the present invention, the above-mentioned ferromagnetic powder is mixed with the above-mentioned aerated concrete, but there is no particular restriction on the mixing method, and any method can be used as long as it can be mixed uniformly. However, for example, a method of preparing aerated concrete using a cement composition premixed with ferromagnetic powder or a method of mixing ferromagnetic powder during cement kneading may be adopted. In addition, as shown in the examples below, ferrite-containing barium silicate or ferrite-containing barium hallosite is produced by boiling and refluxing α-quartz or halloysite, barium hydroxide, and ferrite powder in water. The ferromagnetic powder may be mixed into the aerated concrete using the same method as in preparing aerated concrete as a material. In the present invention, after aerated concrete mixed with the above-mentioned ferromagnetic powder is cast, the aerated concrete is hardened while a magnetic field is applied to the aerated concrete. In this case, the strength of the magnetic field may be as weak as 0.01 Oersted. There is no particular restriction on the method of applying the magnetic field, and for example, a method using a general magnetic chuck having a tensile strength of about 5 to 10 kg per cm 2 may be suitably employed. As described above, the method for preventing mortar sinking of cellular concrete according to the present invention is a method for preventing mortar sinking during hardening of cellular concrete, in which the cellular concrete contains the above-mentioned high-strength cement composition and a foaming agent as main components. 0.001 for concrete
While mixing ~10% by weight of ferromagnetic powder,
By pouring this aerated concrete into a formwork placed on a horizontal surface and then hardening it while applying a magnetic field from above, it is possible to easily and reliably prevent mortar sinking. It is something. The usefulness of the present invention is demonstrated not only at construction sites but also in factory production of aerated concrete panels. For example, when moving a panel before it hardens, if the panel is moved while a magnetic field is applied, the mortar will Can prevent subsidence. Furthermore, mortar sinking tends to occur as the weight of foamed concrete is reduced or aggregate is added, and the present invention is extremely useful in such cases as well. Furthermore, when aerated concrete is hardened according to the present invention, the strength of the concrete tends to increase, and the present invention is also useful in this respect. Next, examples will be shown to specifically explain the present invention. Example 1 125 g of α-SiO 2 (imported silica sand), 5 g of barium hydroxide octahydrate, and 2 g of ferrite powder (BaFe 12 O 19 , average particle size 0.5 μ) were placed in a three-diameter colben, and water was poured into it. Inject 300ml.
Next, the above mixture is heated under normal pressure while flowing N 2 gas, and is boiled and refluxed for about 60 minutes. Thereafter, the reaction solution is naturally cooled to 85° C., and the reaction precipitate is filtered under reduced pressure using a Nutsuie filter. The obtained reaction precipitate is thoroughly washed with hot water and then filtered again. The reaction precipitate thus obtained was dried in an electric dryer set at 95° C. to obtain 124 g of a ferrite-containing α-SiO 2 barium reaction product in the form of a pale brown powder. Next, 300g of ordinary Portland cement, 150g of jet cement, and the above ferrite mixed α-

A foaming agent (foam density: 48 g/) was added and kneaded by foaming an aqueous solution dissolved in a foaming machine using a foaming machine to obtain a cellular concrete slurry (bulk specific gravity: 0.45). After pouring the above aerated concrete slurry into a mold, a magnetic field is applied to half of the mold using a magnetic chuck, and in this state it is heated in a dry atmosphere at 40°C for 30 minutes, taken out, and cured to obtain aerated concrete. Ta. The surface of this aerated concrete was horizontal in the area where the magnetic field was applied, and no mortar sinking phenomenon occurred at all, whereas in the areas where the magnetic field was not applied, the surface was depressed and mortar sinking phenomenon occurred. Example 2 Halloysite 125g, barium hydroxide octahydrate

The above mixture is heated under normal pressure under N 2 gas flow and boiled and refluxed for 15 minutes. Thereafter, it was treated in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain 134.5 g of light brown powder. Next, a cellular concrete slurry (bulk specific gravity: 0.55) was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 using 300 g of ordinary Portland cement, 150 g of jet cement, and 100 g of the light brown powder described above. When the above aerated concrete slurry was treated in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain aerated concrete, this aerated concrete was also in the same state as in Example 1, and no mortar sinking phenomenon occurred in the areas where the magnetic field was applied. . Example 3 In an autoclave with a capacity of 1, 250 g of α-SiO 2 (imported silica sand) and 4 g of ferrite powder were uniformly mixed in advance, and 60 g of barium hydroxide octahydrate.

ml and reacted at 160° and 6 atm for 1 hour. After cooling, the reaction solution was taken out and heated in a hot water bath for about 1 hour.
The mixture is heated to 80°C and the reaction precipitate is filtered under reduced pressure. The resulting reaction precipitate was thoroughly washed with hot water at 80°C, filtered again under reduced pressure, and dried in an electric dryer set at 95°C to obtain 277 g of light brown powder. Table 2 shows the results of analyzing this light brown powder by X-ray diffraction.
