[0004][Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Roofing work using conventional methods requires a lot of time and expense for temporary scaffolding, and
Even so, the safety of workers is not sufficiently ensured. In addition, workers have to walk on the roofing material that has already been covered while working, which has the disadvantage that the roofing material that has been put on the roofing material is easily scratched or dented, which is an issue that needs to be solved. [0005][Means for Solving the Problems] As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, a roofing method for a steeply sloped roof according to the present invention is provided, as shown in an embodiment in the drawings. It is equipped with a door roller 2 that runs on the top in the direction of the main building, and has a length that extends approximately the entire length in the direction of the slope of the roof, and has a stair scaffold 3 for going up and down in the direction of the slope of the roof, and the part other than the stair scaffold 3 is a cargo receiving area. represents the mobile scaffolding 5 configured in the space 4,
The roof material is sequentially moved in the direction of the roof main building by approximately the width of the roofing work area, and the cargo receiver lowers the roofing materials loaded in space 4.
It is characterized in that roofing work is performed on the stair scaffolding 3. [0005]

[0006][Operation] The movable scaffold 5 moves by using the roof purlin 1 as a rail. By moving the movable scaffold 5, the cargo receiver also transports roofing materials and the like loaded on the hill of the space 4. The stair scaffolding 3 provides a scaffolding for the workers over substantially the entire length of the roof in the slope direction, reducing the risk of falling accidents and alleviating the anxiety of the workers. A worker can move freely, safely and nimbly in the direction of the slope of the roof using the stair scaffold 3, and can perform roofing work from above the stair scaffold 3. [0006]

As shown in Fig. 1, when a steeply sloped roof of approximately 50° is constructed using H steel gassho materials 6 and purlin materials 1 attached on top of the H steel gassho materials 6, when roofing the roof, A movable scaffold 5 is constructed in the direction of the gradient. The total length of the H-steel gassho material 6 is about 12 m, and on top of it, 100 x 1
Purlin material 1 made of 00 square pipe is angle-shaped metal fitting 7
On the other hand, the movable scaffold 5 is constructed so that it can freely move toward the main building by a door wheel 2 that rides on the upper corner of the main building material 1 (FIG. 2). The length of the movable scaffold 5 in the direction of the roof slope is about 10 m, the width is about 2 m, and on one side of the movable scaffold 5, a stair scaffold 3 with a width of about 500 mm is provided over the entire length. As is clear from Fig. 2, this stair scaffolding 3 has a structure in which flat plates are attached in a stair-like manner, and workers walk on the stair scaffolding 3 in the same way as climbing up and down stairs, safely moving in the direction of the slope of the roof. You can act quickly and proceed with the roofing work. [0007] In the movable scaffold 5, the portion excluding the stair scaffold 3 is configured as a cargo receiving space 4, and roofing materials, other materials, and parts are loaded into the receiving space 4. Therefore, roofing materials and the like are always transported along with the movement of the movable scaffold 5 and placed close to the workers. A handrail 8 made of a single pipe is installed on the side of the movable scaffold 5, and a worker hangs a lifeline on this handrail 8 while performing roofing work. [0008] The roofing method of the present invention initially erects the above-mentioned movable scaffold 5 at one end of the roof, and this movable scaffold 5 always precedes the roofing position and performs one work unit of roofing work. The roofing work is carried out by sequentially moving step by step width (usually about 1 m) in the direction of the main building, and the worker always stands on the stair scaffold 3 of the movable scaffold 5 and leans out from the movable scaffold 5. Therefore, there is no need for any other temporary scaffolding. [0009] In the illustrated embodiment, the movable scaffold 5 is moved by a worker pushing it by hand, but the present invention is not limited to this. A motor is attached to the door roller 2 for driving power,
It can also be implemented as a self-propelled system. [00101] [Effects of the present invention] According to the roofing method for steeply pitched roofs according to the present invention, the effort, cost, and time of assembling or replacing scaffolding can be omitted, and significant cost reductions and shortening of construction period are expected. can. Moreover, the trouble of transporting roofing materials and the like can be omitted, and workers can always work while on the movable scaffold 5, so safety is greatly improved. Furthermore, since workers do not have to walk on roofing materials that have already been roofed, there is no need to worry about scratches or dents in the roofing materials, and roofing can be done with excellent quality and precision.
