定出力を導出する入力レベル判定回路と、上記同
期判定出力と入力レベル判定出力のＯＲ出力をと
るＯＲ回路とを具備し該ＯＲ回路の出力を上記ブ
ルーバツク切換信号にしたことを特徴とするブル
